Absolutely Fabulous

This is my second Keurig Brewer, my first being a noisy B-40 which I still use at work. The Special Edition is so quiet and it makes the best coffee for the price and it tastes better than the coffee from that Washington state coffee chain.
Pros: Quiet, Multiple Settings, Stylish

I bought my machine on New Years Day this year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I use it everyday and I have purchased the cocoa for my 2 kids to have their own. I love it, although I just started to have a problem with the water not heating properly anymore. I called customer service and within 5 minutes of calling I was told that I would have another one delivered to my house. They were very helpful and very accomidating to my problem. I appreciate Keurig taking care of their customers like they do. I can't wait to get my new on in and start using it again. I already miss mine! :(

I bought this model right before the Holidays because I liked the style better than the more expensive one. I have had NO problems while 3 friends who bought the [...] model have had problems and Keurig has sent a new machine. This machine makes the BEST Chai Latte! Love being able to offer different drinks to my guests. No more wasting a half pot of coffee!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Good for Entertaining, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: No "cons" at all

Bought 5 Keurig brewers

I purchased 5 Keurig Brewers. Two special Edition. Two Platinum Models. One Breville. All bought 2 years ago with out any failures. I must be very lucky according to some of these reviews. I really really like the Brewers and personally use the Breville. The rest were gifts to friends at Christmas. Would give them 6 stars review if available. The Keurig system is very simple to use and most importantly makes the best tasting coffee has been our experience. All 5 brewers are still working every day. I would not hesitate to buy another and intend to in the future.

Mine stopped working after 6-8 months

This was a good machine while it lasted. I used water from my R/O system for coffee. After about 6-8 months, the unit just stopped working. It started to brew half cups, or not at all. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt to take it back. Very disappointed with the durability of this product, and it's VERY noisy. I had recommended to friends and family and they all went out and bought one. I hope they have better luck than I did.

Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Birthday Present I ever got!!!!!

After receiving this as a birthday gift, I can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is so convenient to make a cup of coffee whenever you feel like it. My husband is very glad that I asked for this....he is enjoying it too! You no longer have to worry about coffee filters and messy coffee grounds. The coffee is superb!!!!!

It is so easy to use, there is no waste, I do wonder about all of the parts of the cups themselves, we dismantle them for re-cycling, but do not know if that is really necessary. It's really fun to try different flavors. We Love it in my house, my husband likes flavored, I like bold and my dad likes light. I'm getting one for myself at school too (I'm a teacher)

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
