Cup sizes

I have had this for over a year and generally love the convenience of one cup, but it is literally one cup, not a mug. There are 3 sizes, but the largest does not fill a normal mug. The temperature is hot enough, but could be a little hotter.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Does not fill a mug, Limited Cup Sizes, Not hot enough

Unusable for me

Problem is living in South Florida you cannot leave standing water without it becoming nasty. As this unit is impossable to get all the water out,I made one cup of coffee and as i drink coffee only once in a while,it now needs a major episode to clean. Manufacturer refused any help to swap out unit. I spent $[$] for a single cup
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Stores water all the time

Great Customer Service

I have been having problems with my Keurig priming the resevoir. I called Customer Service and followed the gentleman's instructions. I had the same issue several times again and finally called Customer Service a few weeks later. They where they were extremely helpful and sent a new machine immediately. The replacment should be delivered today! Total time from call to replacement - 3 days. FANTASTIC!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

We really enjoy our Keurig Special Edition brewer! We've had it about a year and so far we've had no issues. The water is consistently hot, the coffee's taste (ours or the K-Cups; extra bold) is full-bodied and consistent, and we're happy with the coffee's temperature even after adding cream. We only use the brewer for coffee and didn't change the factory setting for water temperature. We only use filtered room temperature water and because of this we rarely need to descale the brewer. We also occasionally run a cup or two through without a K-Cup to rinse the parts of superficial coffee residue. My only complaint is the brewer is a tad loud. All in all, we're very happy with our purchase!

Cons: Noisy

We use this coffee maker daily and it always gives us a great cup of coffee. Use of my K-cup required some tweaking to come up with best blend to use for best cup of coffee. Some of the coffees are as good as the fresh ground beans I buy.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Fresh cup every time, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

When it works it is great

When I first got my Keurig if was great but several months later it kept having all of these glitches, it would not brew, it said it was brewing and it wasn't, it said it needed water when the water was full. It was act up every couple of weeks but would eventually start brewing. Now 1 year and 1 month after I purchased my Keurig it NO LONGER WORKS. It will turn on but it will not brew at all. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You just won't believe ....

I thought that I would give Keurig another chance as I purchased my second coffee maker through the website with points I earned through the coffee club. I purchased my Keurig on 2-6-12 and it would not prime itself ,thus making it impossible to brew. When I contacted Keurig customer service, I was told that the unit that takes care of problems was not available and would contact me the following day at my convenience. I gave them the hours of 10AM-5PM PST because my husband works nights. I received a call at 9:44AM, 2 days later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the greatest! I recommend a Keurig brewer to anyone and everyone. It makes the perfect cup of coffee and is way cheaper than making the trip to the coffee shop.
