Resevoir gets all the water.

The water is always going back into the resevoir. The large cup some how becomes the small. The machine has problems getting the water from the resevoir to heat up. We are on our third machine. We've had it for two days. It doesn't work correctly and again they want to send us a new machine.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got my machine a little over a year ago. i thought it was a bit loud - but i really loved it. it is so loud that my husband thought i had his air compressor out - and right now, its a guess which size cup you get no matter which button you push. i've descaled it - done all the troubleshooting i can. i sent an email to customer service - i'm hoping they will help. i am a little disappointed at the moment - it was alot of money for it to last only a year :(
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

I love this brewer but???

I love this B60 brewer but I've had difficulty since my purchase. The "Add Water" button remain on, therefore, I'm unable to brew my coffee, as you have to wait for the "Ready to brew" feature to come on. The company was kind enough to send me a new water container last week, as they thought this would solve my problem but it did not. I just wrote to them again and hopefully I will be able to get some sort of response to remedy this issue. I miss my coffee in the morning and I'm due to have company visiting from up north.......... Help!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Add Water feature

No More Waste

When my wife said that she wanted this brewer, I made a mental list of reasons why it would be a waste of good counter space. I was wrong. I think I like this brewer more than she does. Goodbye Mr. Coffee…HELLO Keurig. The thing that is most appealing to me is the fact that there is no water wasted. No more brewing 8 cups only to pour 3 and pour out the rest. This efficiency comes with the added bonus of each and every cup being fresh. The days of drinking coffee cooked on a hotplate for an hour or more are gone.
Pros: Saves Water, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Wife won't refill tank

Another Pump Failure

We had 2 new units fail within 1 month due to pump failures. It returns the hot water back to the reservoir instead of through the coffee pod.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Coffee Maker

I've owned my Keurig for about a year and it has worked flawlessly during that time. It is noisy buy living alone I can handle that! Great coffee maker. I was thinking of upgrading but due to the adverse reviews of the Platinum model, I've decided to wait.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings

We bought the special edition brewer back in the fall of '09, and it has been the best purchase we've made as far as a coffee maker. My husband and I drink several cups of coffee daily, and we haven't had one problem with the brewer. It's easy to clean, easy to use, and is ready when we are. I would highly recommend this one!

This model is great. It brews the perfect cup every time. Nothing like a fresh cup everytime. It is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Works great, clean up a breeze and looks good to. Great for parties grab a k-cup variety box and let them decide. Does not get any easier than that.
