Love our Keurig & their customer service

We use our Keurig most days. I love that my husband can make a cup of extra bold coffee to suit his tastes, I can make a cup of flavored coffee to suit my tastes and we can make quick bowls of oatmeal and cups of hot cocoa or apple cider for the kids. The Keurig makes a quick cup of coffee which is wonderful for those mornings when I am late getting out the door. The machine is a little bit noisy but we have no problem with that. I recently had to call customer service as we were having a problem with our machine leaking water all over the counter when we filled the resivor. All it took was a quick call and a new resivor is being shipped...free of charge! I highly recommend this machine to all of my friends and family members who are considering the purchase of a single cup brewer.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accomodates all tastes

HAd a problem with the brewer refilling after brewing a cup of coffee. Not sure if it is not seating properly or not. A quick call to Keurig and they sent out a new brewer. While being annoying, they provided Excellent Customer Service.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Handy for a quick cup
Cons: Fails to fill after brew

Problems with B66

I had issues similar to other customers where i would select the largest size of coffee, but the machine would take a while to heat up the water and once dispensed, would only produce 1/3 of how much coffee should be dispensed. If i then put another K cup in, and selected the Largest dispense size, it would brew properly. So i had to start running empty cycles through before my coffee cycle. Annoying! I bought my B66 model from a major retailer in Canada, and have gone through 2 machines to date. Today, i contacted customer service at Keurig and they were amazing! They acknowledged that there were concerns with a select number of machines and said they would send me a new machine! I'm really impressed they are standing behind their product. Especially considering the cost of the unit. Other then the issue with the first few machines I have had, when the machine brews as it should, the coffee is amazing! It is great for people like myself who are always busy and on the go. I've got my fingers crossed that i get a new machine with no problems!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

i bought mine at [@] 12/08 when they were going out of business. grabed it right off the shelf..no box, just the coffee maker. When i got it home it didn't have the brown thing that holds the k cups , i called the company and they sent me one for free !! even though i only paid [$]for it. i have never had one bit of trouble out of it. I bought my daughter one this Christmas and just got myself a mini one to take on trips... Chryl

Bought 5 Keurig brewers

I purchased 5 Keurig Brewers. Two special Edition. Two Platinum Models. One Breville. All bought 2 years ago with out any failures. I must be very lucky according to some of these reviews. I really really like the Brewers and personally use the Breville. The rest were gifts to friends at Christmas. Would give them 6 stars review if available. The Keurig system is very simple to use and most importantly makes the best tasting coffee has been our experience. All 5 brewers are still working every day. I would not hesitate to buy another and intend to in the future.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, MAKES GREAT COFFEE, Durable
Cons: none

LOVE IT!!

I bought this model right before the Holidays because I liked the style better than the more expensive one. I have had NO problems while 3 friends who bought the [...] model have had problems and Keurig has sent a new machine. This machine makes the BEST Chai Latte! Love being able to offer different drinks to my guests. No more wasting a half pot of coffee!

No More Waste

When my wife said that she wanted this brewer, I made a mental list of reasons why it would be a waste of good counter space. I was wrong. I think I like this brewer more than she does. Goodbye Mr. Coffee…HELLO Keurig. The thing that is most appealing to me is the fact that there is no water wasted. No more brewing 8 cups only to pour 3 and pour out the rest. This efficiency comes with the added bonus of each and every cup being fresh. The days of drinking coffee cooked on a hotplate for an hour or more are gone.
Pros: Saves Water, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Wife won't refill tank

Is very loud

This coffee maker is very loud when it heats the water to brew. It is so loud that it vibrates and the cup vibrates off the platform at times. Have tried the vinegar etc but it has been doing it from day 1. This unit had replaced a previous defective unit with a different problem of the buttons sticking.

Cons: It is very loud when brew
