Don't waste your money

I have gone through two of these machines. They both work well for about 6 months and then just simply stop working. The machines get very noisy and then start making about half a cup. I have provided a deep cleaning with no results. After a short while the machines just stop making coffee. The machines should work way longer for the price. I'm going back to the old fashioned pot of coffee.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

CAUTION

I have purchased two machines in the last 3 months. Returned one due to not filling cup to selected size. I select full cup, I get 1/4 cup or half cup. Takes 2.45 seconds to brew a cup, only produces a drip and not a stream. I returned this one and purchased another which does the same thing. Could not recommend a K65 to anyone. Great concept but results are not so great.
Pros: Stylish

Stop working after 2 years

We purchased this machine about 2 years ago, and just out of the blue it stopped working. We plug it in and nothing happens. Called the company and was told nothing could be done, but they would give us a deal on a new one. For the amount of money spent on these machines it should be a better quality.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

very unreliable

Very unhappy with this unit. Within 3 months of purchasing it the amount of water that would be dispensed started to vary greatly. ultimately it was very difficult to get it to work at all. we have hard water in Texas so I have always use distilled water and cleaned it at least once a month. within nine months it started leaking on the counter copious amounts of water. so it is now relegated to the garbage

Love love this brewer! Some K-cups are strong enough that my husband gets the first cup and I can use it for the 2nd cup myself. Tried the hot chocolate: yum... Makes tea which is great. Fast and easy. No more waiting for hot coffee in the morning!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings

Very nice when it works

Makes good coffee and it is very handy but it's pretty pricey for all the use you get from it.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Great For Guests, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Not hot enough

Wife bought for my Birthday in June ,she does not drink coffee but likes her tea. We found water not dispensing hot enough ,only 160 degrees when running through clear. She would not use for tea. I called customer service and they sent a new one. Seems to be hotter but time will tell on whether this will last. I really like the convenience of machine.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
