Go back to the noisy brewer

I had an older brewer that was dropped and broken. It was wonderful. I read people complained about the noise so the brewer was changed. The new "quiet" machine is not reliable. I never get the same amount of coffee when I brew a cup. Sometimes I have to hit the button several times to get the right amount. Why fix something thas is not broken?

I am plagued with the same pumping issue as others. I am getting my 2nd one replaced now. If not for this issue I would give this product 5 stars!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Died after 2 months

I received this model for Christmas. About a month after I received it, it would power down occasionally after brewing one cup. No big deal since I was mainly using it to fill my travel mug in the morning so I'd unplug it while I was at work, plug it back in at night and power it on so it was ready to go in the morning. Over the weekend, it completely died. Hit the power button and the pump hummed loudly for a few minutes and then the machine completely shut off. Did the unplug thing and tried it again the next day with the same results. Called customer service and within 5 minutes the rep had all my information and is sending me a new machine and I don't have to mess with sending the broken one back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hopefully the replacement machine doesn't have the same issues as I really liked the flexibility to brew one cup at a time since my husband isn't a big coffee drinker.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Great Customer Service
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I love this unit. You have a cup of hot coffee in minutes with no clean up. I love all the coffee choices. No more having to clean the coffee pot after a cup of coffee. Great product!!!!

makes a great cup of coffee,while it functions right but after we had it for about 4 weeks we started having problems with it not making a full cup no matter what size you push, WATER STARTS POURING OUT THE VENT TUBE, BACK INTO THE WATER RESERVOIR.TO BAD THIS IS A GREAT CONCEPT,BUT UNTIL THIS PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED I WOULD NOT REC-AMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYBODY. FOR THE COST OF THIS UNIT IT SHOULD LAST LONGER THEN A FEW WEEKS...

Problems

I'm on my second coffee maker in 6 months. The first time it just kept shutting off on it's own even though I did not have the auto on/off set. Now, the second time the large cup size only makes a 4 ounce cup, smells burnt and then shuts off. Customer support could not been more helpful and are sending me a 3rd coffee maker free but this is a real pain. I brag and recommend the Keurig products to everyone but may have to change my decision on this. I want one to work, love the convenience of it, but come on.

Best coffee EVER

My friend showed me his Keurig coffee maker and I at first was a little weary about a 1 cup coffee maker. I was way wrong. I loved it so much I had to get one for my self. This has to be the coolest and easiest coffee maker on the planet. I can't believe how much more I enjoy my coffee now. This is Awesome!!!

They should have a Keurig Anonymous Help group to help people like me who are now addicted to their Coffee maker. We initially didn't care for our Keurig unit but after we played with it a little, we love it. Thank You Keurig for an awsome product. I just wish I knew for sure how to pronounce your name correctly. LOL!
