Bad Plastic Taste

Even with the great customer service I received, I cannot recommend this product. I got the B60 special edition for Christmas. I ran a few cups of water through it but noticed a very strong plastic odor and taste. I looked this up on-line and found that people recommend a descale of the unit with vinegar, which I did. After that long process was complete, the unit still had a very bad plastic taste. I called Keurig and they sent me another unit. It also came with a strong plastic odor and taste. I ran another vinegar cycle and but the result was still the same. I called Keurig again and this time spoke to Corporate Customer service. They then sent me a unit that they said was inspected and or cleaned before sending out. I received the third unit and it came with a different smell so I'm guessing they cleaned before sending. After all that I am OK with the unit but my wife cannot use for tea or hot chocolate as the water still has a slight plastic taste. Note that I am not a "super taster" nor am I a coffee snob but this was a long 8 week ordeal and I'm still not satisfied with the unit. I do commend Keurig for trying to make me a happy customer but after all this, I am not.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Great Customer Service, Easy to use, Convenient
Cons: Bad Plastic Taste smell

Great Buy

We originally bought one about 6 or so years ago, worked great, but noisy. We decided even though it is still working great, we'd get another one. We ordered on the 16 got on the 17th and once again, easy to prime, use etc. Definitely worth the money. We love it and use it every single day a few times a day. Of all the models, this one would be your best value/bet.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

i have had 5 of these replaced in less than a year. i would never buy another one of these. i have had 4 different issues with the 5 replacements

Perfect Kitchen Addition

At half the price or better per cup as compared to the local coffee house, you can't beat the value in that alone. With all the K-Cup selections it was a bit difficult to narrow the selection to the ones I enjoy, but after about a year, I've got my favourites. The machine is perfect - it heats up for a single cup in just a minute and it's ready to dispense a fresh cup for the rush out the door, with nothing wasted. The flexibility is also great for the family since it provides everyone in the house what they want - from hot chocolate to green tea. Long winded I know, but as happy as I am with this unit, I can confirm my kitchen has produced at least one more sale ;-)

Good Product and Great Customer Service

We have had 2 units in under a year. Keurig with their awesome customer service replaced our original brewer with a new one. However the placement just went out. We got the replacement sent out 10/29/2011. Received it a couple days later. It has been working great till last week. Customer service contacted me last week. And I just got off the phone with them. And they are sending me a replacement w/upgrade to the Platinum Brewer. AWESOME!!!! I tell you Keurig you guys have not lost a customer. Your brewers are the best thing since coffee brewers were invented. Please keep up the OUTSTANDING Customer service. Continue to make those brewers. But please fix the pump/communication issue with this brewer. Thanks guys.

lOVE THE K-CUP VARIETY BUT AFTER ONLY BREWEING ABOUT 30 CUPS OF COFFEE, IT DOESN'T WORK.

I have had 4 machines, either the reservoir leaked, the rubber plastic thing that leaked inside the reservoir, and leaking at the bottom....
Pros: Stylish, Nice looking machine, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy
