Looks like they deleted my last review.. Customer service up to todays call was great. On todays call, rep was rude and kept talking over me. 4th replacement brewer is supposedly on its way. ALL FOR THE PRIME ISSUE!!! I tried to get a commercial grade unit out of them however it was $100.00 more than this one.. Gee, with all the shipping as well as 4 replacement units, would it not be cost effective to satisfy a customer?? Lord help them should number 4 fail..
Cons: Prime issue, See below

I use this everyday and let me tell you this is a super unit!!! Brews FAST and makes great coffee!!!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use

Love My Keurig

I have been wanting a Keurig for 2 years and my husband surprised me. I received my new Keurig for Valentines Day and I Love it. I programmed it to come on before I get up in the mornings for work. It is ready when I go into the kitchen to prepare a cup of coffee and it only takes a minute of less to brew. It is a little noisy when heating the water but that doesn't matter to me. I Love My Keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Noisy

Number 4 just died..

Well the 4th unit in less than 2 months died last night.. 1st one, 3 weeks, 2nd one, 1 week, 3rd one 2 days, 4th one 6 days.. We shall see how long number 5 lasts.. All under warranty, all replaced at no charge... Other than "Chris" everyone at Keurig have been a pleasure to deal with...
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Prime issue

Great idea and fun to use

Doesn't fill a big mug. Noisy, prime light turns on at random. Blue light flashed to add water when the water is full in the canister
Pros: Makes grest tasting coffe, Fun to Use
Cons: Very Noisy

My coffer is not hot

When we purchased the coffer maker several months ago, we noticed the coffee was warm but not hot. Over the months it keeps getting colder and colder. Right now it is luke warm. Now the amount of coffee is varying from cup to cup. It doesnt matter which size you choose. One time it is full, the next it is half. We have done the vinegar cleaning and nothing changes.
