Inferior product, pathetic support

Had this unit for a week, worked great for several days. Now after every cup, the motor runs for about 30 seconds, then the 'prime' indicator comes on. Even after following all steps found in manual (useless) and on website videos could not correct. A call to customer service was fruitless - they wouldn't even provide steps to correct the issue without being next to the machine (like it was some kind of corporate secret or something), and would not e-mail them to me either. The secretive customer service is almost funny, except that I spent over a hundred bucks for this thing!
Pros: It's returnable
Cons: Poor Customer Service, Worked for a week
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this machine. I have had it for sometime, and the pump in now giving out...I called Keurig, and the customer service was fantastic. This it the best, best service I have ever had. I would only purchase Keurig. They really stand by the product and are sending me a replacement unit. No Headaches... Bravo to your product and customer service. Thank you Keurig!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I was blown away by how great the coffee tastes. I usually grind my own beans and was concerned about sacrificing flavor for convenience. I was so wrong!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews delicious coffee, Fast, Stylish

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I use the brewer 5/6 hours a day. When it works it's fantastic and makes the best coffee. I go thru at least 10 K cups a day so I buy in quanity. I think the K-cups are a little expensive but the quality on the most part is good. I just received my second brewyer via warranty..Keurig was a pleasure to deal with in the replacement of my orgional brewer.

DO NOT BUY THE B60 Model Brewer

We had our first brewer for two years before it pooped out and now this new B60 model is a piece of junk. We are on our third one right now, all under warranty as they only work for 1-2 weeks until the Prime light comes on and it gets air stuck in the lines and won't make coffee. If this one is a dud too we'll have to try a different model. So disappointing since we have to go weeks in between without a coffee maker.
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BEST MACHINE EVER!!!

This is hands down the appliance that gets the most use in my house. My husband and I don't have to fight over him wanting dark or bold coffee and I can get my flavors and light roasts. Plus there is ZERO coffee waste with it. Before we would literally waste and entire pot, but now it's easy. If mine ever stopped working, I would die because I love this machine. We have even gone so far as to put it in out room so it's right there in the morning. We love playing with all the different types of coffee, teas, and cocoa's. Thanks so much for making a product that fits everyone's needs.

Could not live without it!!

We have owned this unit for 13 months and absolutely love it!! When we go on vacation my husband comments about how much he is going to miss this great coffee........which, by the way, he had given up because no home coffee maker ever made coffee to suit him. This afternoon, the unit would stopped working afer working this morning. After trying everything we knew, I called CS and the young man walked us through the one thing we had not done.......cleaning the three holes around the upper needle. It worked like a charm and we are now back in business and ready to enjoy our afternoon iced coffee. Coffee maker is great, K-Cups are great, and Keurig Customer Service is great!!
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings

Design issue - fix or remove from market

Have the prime issue, need to place recall or stop selling until unit is fixed. Design problem. Now on my 3rd unit, I spend 1/2 time making/drinking and 1/2 time working on unit and calling customer service. Custom Service is great, but they must work 24/7 to deal with all the issues. Need engineers/designers to talk with customers to get a handle on the issue.
