Got my money's worth many times over!!!

We bought this coffee brewer 5 years ago and have averaged about 3 to 4 cups a day everyday! It is just now failing us...feels like we are losing an old friend. But we are going out this weekend to buy another one!!!
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

Leaching?!

I just unpacked my Keirug and before filling the water reserve noticed that it was made out of #6 plastic which is know to leach. Now I'm worried about all of the plastic in the system. I just searched their site and can't find an explaination of the plastics used. I can't take the risk, so I will return the unit tomorrow. I wish Keirug was more transparent so that I could be assured that it's safe and that I could enjoy the product!!!

I've owned this coffeemaker for over a year and used it every weekday morning before heading to work. It is incredibly easy to use and I have never had any issues with the brewing quality or functionality of it! The only con I can come up with is that when I was moving to a new home and packed up the coffeemaker in its box, it leaked water everywhere. I could have sworn I followed the directions of purging all of the water from the system, yet it leaked probably 6 ounces of water in our moving truck! Maybe I missed a step somewhere. I highly recommend the My K-Cup reusable filter as well. It is a great accessory to this easy-to-use coffeemaker!

Just right for the two of us

Fits nicely on the counter and under the cabinets. The programmable 'auto off' feature is very handy and gives forgetful people like myself peace of mind.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: None after 3 weeks

Only lasts one year

This machine was a dream when I got it. I used it every day, cleaned it with vinegar as they said to about every 3 months. Then when it past the 1 year mark it started acting up, not filling a complete cup, cleaned it again, worked fine, then stopped pumping the hot water to brew a cup. It fills, but wont pump. I discovered if I cover the vent (little plastic L in the water tank) the water will pour out. Disappointed it only lasted a year. I wouldn't buy it again, too much $$ for one year of coffee. The k-cups are already a stretch, but they are so worth it. Bummer.

Great Customer Service

I love my machine! For the one or two cup a day drinker, you can not ask for more. Was a little different than what I was expecting, however it is all good in the end. Took a few choices of coffee to find what I liked, some were bland and weak, some were over the top and some were just right. Downside of this is machine is only 3 months old and not working correctly which is not making me happy considering how much you pay for these machines. I called customer service and they had a new one sent out to me pronto. Could not have asked for a better customer service solution. If all customer service were this way the world would be a better place, lol. Thanks for the quick responce and the peace of mind to know I did not waste my money on a costly gadget that only worked for a short while. Now if we could just get some hot chocolate again I would be even happier............. I liked this so much I even had a commercial one installed at work through my water vendor. Now they all love it too!

Is very loud

This coffee maker is very loud when it heats the water to brew. It is so loud that it vibrates and the cup vibrates off the platform at times. Have tried the vinegar etc but it has been doing it from day 1. This unit had replaced a previous defective unit with a different problem of the buttons sticking.

Cons: It is very loud when brew
