Great coffee

I was not to sure of all of the hype of this brand. I received this machine as a gift from a friend. I decided to give it a try. I was blown away at the quality of the coffee it was just as good as the Cafe down the street from my home. The price for the k cups are more than a can of coffee yes but I used to go to the cafe to get coffee and spend [$] a cup everyday. I get a pack of k cups for [$] and has 24 k cups. That is less than a dollar per cup of coffee. So save $2.25 everyday.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Lots of variety, Stylish, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

I got my Keurig as a Christmas gift from my husband. I love flavored coffee, he doesn't so this was the perfect answer. Mine came with 2 boxes of cups and the K-cup dispenser. One box was mixed with different flavors which is great so you won't waste money on a whole box of something you don't care for. I don't care for the extra bold cups, so I used the large cup setting, let it brew, open it up like I'm going to change the cup, but leave the same one in and brew it again on the small cup. This helps reduce the bold flavor on some of the cups. I've had the hot chocolate and wow it's great and have even put my own pack of chocolate in my cup and dispensed the hot water into my cup. It dissolves much better than just using hot water. I love the K-cup too. It is a little more messy than using the regular cups, but worth the savings. I've used mine several times a day since Christmas and have no complaints. Love it!

I drink about 4 to 5 big cups of coffee a day, this brewer you are lucky to get a quarter of a 6 ounce cup. The coffee tastes horrible so I tried my own it still had this nasty taste. My first brewer was bought as a present for me it did not work at all the customer service sent me another one not the same as I had perhaps worse, for it always has the smell of wires burning and even if it is off it still has that smell and is hotter than it should be. I did notify Customer service again they did not get back to me still waiting. I would not tell anyone to ever buy any brewer from Keurig . They sound like they will be great and they look that way too, but it seems as if there are allot wrong with them and they are always being replaced or they break down completely and you spent allot of money on this brewer and now you have nothing. Not worth the price or the agrivation that comes with it. Definitely think my dependable Hamilton Beach is allot better makes great tasting and hot coffee.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Smells like it is burning, Extremely noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Even if off runs hot, Noisy, Horrible Taste, Limited Cup Sizes

Hard to fault it

This really is a good workhorse. Mine works hard all day and never lets me down (I'm six months in now). My only criticism (and I knew this before I bought it) is that it, like the other Keurigs, doesn't know how to make an Espresso. Oh well - technology will catch up, I can wait, and in the meantime I'm sure I'll remain happy with the machine for regular coffees, hot chocolates, teas and iced teas. One other point; the drinks can work out to be expensive at first, but as you amass a history with Keurig, they reward you with across the board discounts, and usually include coupons in their deliveries. Factor these in, and the cost of becomes quite reasonable.

had it for 2 weeks, and it started not working. Called customer service once to complain. 1 week later I called again, and they immediately offered to replace my unit with a brand new one. This one works great.

The Name Says It All: Choices

I've been checking out different brands from different stores and online, to what people say about them. Everywhere I have checked "Keurig" has been what everyone seems to use. I like it because I have a variety of coffees to choose from. Then again, I can also use extra filter cup I bought and grind my own beans of my choice. The other brands of coffee makers don't have this choice of using a separate filter cup and you have to use their products, which isn't much of a choice.

The first one bought a month ago as a present for me didn't work call C. S. at Keurig sent me new Brwer, it had issues or wires burning, Finally Supervisor calls makes allot of false promises and the brewer promised never made it here or from here perhaps it was another REP that sent it. I tried to be allowed to keep the new and improved special edition brewer to t least try it out and see if it worked, I was told to send it back and coffee promised to me well that they also canceled and took it back. It was as if I was dealing with Pre School Children. I would have loved to had a Keurig Brewer but Keurig will not allow it and if I go out and buy another one I doubt they will give me any Customer Service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT read the reviews see how man have been sent back to replaced very often.
