Love Love Love my Brewer

I abosolutly love my Brewer!!! The noise is not noisy I have had tons of coffee makers that make more noise then my Keurig! I have my coffee in the morning and my hot tea at night. I love the fact I don't waste my coffee or tea. Because with a regular coffee pot I usually waste coffee. I would recommend this to any of my friends or anyone for the matter who doesn't like wasting coffee! If you are a heavy coffee drinker then yes this may not be for you. I have never had issues with anything tasting bad because I followed the intrustions; run water through it before using and filtered water taste best. Filtered water always taste better anyways!
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Keurig products are unreliable

Got this as a gift for my husband for Christmas. Within a week we kept randomly getting " prime" error message. Even after following the directions and troubleshooting this we still kept getting error message. Contacted customer service & they reset the brewer. Next day same issue. Called customer service again they wanted me to descale the brewer. Really! On a brand new brewer only weeks old! Keurig customer service was horrible! They don't stand behind their products. I will be taking this back to the store today! I'm gonna try a different brand. No more Keurigs for me. Way to expensive for something to work occasionally!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After years of wanting to be able to have one I received on as a Christmas gift. I am the only in my house that drinks coffee so it is so much easier than a coffee pot for me. I always hated wasting such precious coffee. I do wish that the amount brewed was a bit more but I make do. I wish there was one taller that you could use at home for travel mugs. Would save some time instead of having to make two cups to fill the mug.

Plastic taste and odor...again.

My son loves his Keurig, but it took him a couple of returns to get one that didn't produce plastic-tasting/smelling coffee. I'm on my THIRD return and still getting plastic tasting/smelling coffee. If you go online, you learn this is a common problem. This is ridiculous. Who knows what poison we are ingesting with the plastic. How many times to I have to return the coffee maker to get one that doesn't produce a plastic taste and odor.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Convenient
Cons: Horrible taste-again, Noisy

I bought this Special Edition model less than 10 months ago. This morning I woke up and the electronics are shot! It won't turn on,nothing,dead! I had this unit just long enough that I have really become very fond of it. The worst part is that I failed to register this unit. My bad. I really like the concept and performance of this brewer. However,I feel like it should last longer.It was never abused or even moved for that matter. This story does have a happy ending. When I got home from work today my wonderful wife had already replaced it with a new Keurig! Different model,with less electronics(Classic Model). I was very happy to have another Keurig. Hope that this one lasts. Oh yeah, if I could give you one piece of advice. Register your brewer!!! You can do it online or use the product registration card. Bottom line = great coffee brewer,not so great life span.

Love it!

Bought one finally after a year or so of putting it off. I must say that I really love it. It's very easy to use and makes a delicious and quick cup of coffee. I'm a casual drinker and I guess the price for the k-cups isn't too bad since I'd probably use only one box a month or so. Love this machine.
