I love my Keurig!!!!

I love my Keurig "Special Edition" coffeemaker, which I received as a Christmas gift from my son, used it every day. About two weeks ago all it would do is make was a small cup of coffee no matter what size I tried. I sent Keurig an email and within 3 days they got back to me and are sending me a replacement!!! Awesome customer service!!!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Great product. 2 years. The metal plate where the cup sits rattles a bit when brewing but I can tolerate. Wish I had bought the Platinum with the 12 oz cup. I use distilled water to eliminate scaling issues (and 4L jugs are about [$]). Love being able to mix and match. Excellent selection of coffees (keep working on more). The new "Travel K's" will brew better for the larger size cups. Great for Hot Choc. Even use it to supply hot water for tea drinks. Bought a mini for my office at work! Wish they could have ramped the temp to 200.

fantastic I purchased it for my salon which is in my home. I felt that being able to offer that to my clients with a freshly brewed cup of coffee would be great.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I have had my machine for 15 months now with not one complaint! I love it and wouldn't trade it for anything!!

Won't Prime

Worked fine for a week, now the pump will not prime most of the time and the unit will shut itself off. Very disappointing.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a fantastic brewer. It so simple and quick to use. In less than time than it takes me to brush my teeth and wash my face, my Keurig has heated water and brewed a perfect cup! My kids enjoy how easy it is to use. Everyone just picks their favorite flavor and presto. Clean up is a cinch! No more left over stale coffee!

I bought one of these about 2 years ago for my home. After enjoying it for 3 months, I bought another one for my office. They both get a lot of use and have never had a problem with either of them. I only wish they made it with a larger brew size, like 20 oz. I would DEFINITELY, with no hesitation, buy another one!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Needs a 20 oz cup size

Weak Coffee

The coffee does not taste the same using the Re-usable K-cup. The coffee tastes weaker even if you choose a a dark roast. Cleaning the filter takes longer. 2 cups of coffee per day = 9 working days per box of K-cups = $25 per month - adds up quick

Cons: Re-usable K-Cup, HARD TO CLEAN
