Keurig has been great replacing the machine I will be on # 4 when I call about this one. There is a problem with it that needs to be fixed on the SE machine. I love it other than you have to fight with it to make it pump water for brewing. I would not recommend this model to anyone until it is fixed adn Keurig needs to take it off the market until it is fixed.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Not giving full cups, Worked great for 1 month, Shuts itself off, Will not pump water

EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT

I am a casual coffee drinker - one (maybe 2) cups on an average day. That is why I thought this would be a great solution to my drinking habits. I am currently on my 3rd Keurig Special Edition B60. All have the same problem: after a week or two, it starts shutting itself off after each attempt to use. Then I have to play and play with it to get it to actually brew. Sometimes it short fills the cup and I end up with a STRONG undrinkable swill. The first one I returned to the store where I purchased it, and bought another one from them. When this second Keurig started doing the same thing, I called Keurig directly. They told me to discard that one and they would send me a new one. Now, this third one (which is directly from Keurig) is starting to have the same problems. I know someone with the Keurig B70 and they haven't had any trouble. Don't know if it is a problem specific to the B60. Will be calling Keurig again in the morning.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks Good...Works Bad...

Husband and I drink about 5 cups per day each. The coffee TASTES good, but from day one, it was very loud. I thought something might be wrong with it, so I called support. They advised me to buy a mousepad and put the coffee maker on top of the pad. Ooooookay... Tonight, it simply stopped working. It made half a cup then stopped. Then went from READY TO BREW to BREWING, where it made hideous noises. Then back to READY TO BREW. I called support. 33 minutes later, I'm on with the second tier specialist who wants me to get a measuring up and a paper clip. (NO! I am not kidding!) She walks me through pulling off a rubber gasket and putting the paperclip through 3 tiny holes -- which I can barely see, because I'm no spring chicken -- and then trying to run water through. Didn't work. We did it all again. She puts me on hold. For several minutes. I've wasted nearly an hour of my life. She comes back on and tells me that they will send a new one out to me since my old one is under warranty. Seven to 10 days. Great. I have to buy another coffee pot to use in the meantime. I should have known when the company's idea of support was to have me buy a mousepad...
Pros: Good tasting Coffee, Stylish
Cons: Loud, Bad Support, HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Every cup of coffee has that fresh pure coffee taste that I remember getting at the one 5 star hotel I once stayed at. Have read all of the horror stories about the machines malfuctions, just keeping my fingers crossed that it does not happen to me..Still working great after several months...

How Did I Live Without It.

I love this coffee maker. I just got it so I can't comment on it's durability but I have a friend who has had one for over a year and she still loves hers. It is so wonderful to have a cup of coffee in no time and not have to clean up the coffee maker. I am very very happy with everything about this coffee maker except one thing. I don't like the fact that I can't empty the internal reservoir. This can present a problem in many situations. Anyway the coffee maker makes delicious coffee and that is the consensus of all my friends who have tried it so far. Thank you for an easy to use, really great looking in my kitchen, just enough choices to make, and all the wonderful flavored coffee. One more thing, I really like the way the beautiful blue display tells me when things need to be done. How cool is that.
Pros: Easy to use

Love my Keurig

The only thing I don't like about this coffee machine is that the water is NOT hot enough. When I first got this machine I called Keurig to see if I could set the temp higher, was told no, it comes from the factory at 140*, otherwise this is an easy way to have a great cup of coffee/tea.

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Love my Brewer!

Although I've only had my brewer for a few weeks, I haven't had any problems. It was so easy to start using - I didn't even need to read the instructions! I ordered the filter so I could use regular coffee grounds because there are days I don't feel like having flavored coffee. It's so easy and convenient - I love it. It's not hard or time-consuming to rinse out the filter and make another cup. Regarding reviews about the plastic smell: I ran 3 or 4 reservoirs of water through. Once a month it should be cleaned with vinegar to keep it running correctly. It's perfect for me as I'm the only only one who drinks coffee in my home.
