Keep your rceipt and warranty card

i really like this maker but i have had the machine replaced twice in less than two years. It seems like around the 9 month mark it starts to malfunction with water coming out of the overflow valve. I am very good at descaling my maker and do not known why this keeps happening. Make sure you keep all your paperwork! I am beginning to believe that the B60 is only built to last a year. With the price of kcups this machine should last for years!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Malfunctioned in 9 months

Great coffee, slow service

Bought this from NEX, Great Lakes. Great coffee, but out of the box, no filter. I was sold filter cartridges, but could not use them because you need the special adapter that the store does not have. Called kurig and was told they would ship them to after a very difficult conversation in which the operator tried to explain to me where to put the filter. In the adapter that's not there. 2 weeks later, got a vm from them asking for the serial number. I called back and a different guy says they are not giving the part to me, I have to buy it. After I politely change his mind and 6 weeks later, I got a shipping notice for a delivery that will arrive in ten days. very disappointed in how this was handled.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: No filter

Happy to have a keurig

I am happy with my keurig my husband bought it for me for Christmas and I like trying different varieties of coffee and teas.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Enjoy a cup anytime
Cons: Some coffee not strong

I wish the coffee itself was stronger in the brewing. I think the price per cup is much but I feel pampered with my Keurig so I am not going to think to much about right now.
Pros: Fast, It's mine, Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

I use my Kuerig every morning. I have tried many different flavors and also use the reusable K-Cup with my favorite coffee. I never remove the water tank to fill, have it sitting on a stylish cutting board and just slide it on the counter to fill. I always use reverse osmosis water so never have a build up of minerals. Have had it for year and half and had no problems.Love it!!

Kids got it for me because I'm a big coffee drinker. Simple to use. Push-button coffee break inside of two minutes. Nice to look at. Well engineered. I would call it fragile. There's plasic where I'd like chrome or stainless steel. Can't beat it for making yourself a quick cup of coffee, though. Load it up. Hit the button. Badda-bing; badda-boom.
