Best Ever

I've had a Keurig for two years and wouldn't be without it. I recently bought the Special Addition because my first one was so noisy I couldn't take it any more. The Special Addition is so quiet I go to push the button again because I think it's not working. Will never use any other coffeemaker but Keurig. K-Cups are easy to purchase and I just ordered the new Revv. Can't wait to try it with my coffee house creamer. I'm a big mug person so I'd like to see a 12-16oz cup size. That would be great for the larger mugs and travel cups. I like Kuerig so much I bought three family members the mini personal brewer. They loved it.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

received machine as gift for xmas in 2009. Have had no problems with it, other than my own stupid mistakes when I first got it. Love it so much we now each have a mini brewer for work. And just recently ordered the Platinum for an upgrade, and more flexibility. I recommended it to a friends and family members. My MIL and FIL now have one as well as friends at work.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

on my third brewer in 5 months?

I got my first Keurig 5 months ago because my old coffee maker died on me and I had tried my parent's Keurig and thought it would be a nice change up. Love the convenience and speed of the coffee plus the great taste. After 4 months it stopped working,so I took it back to the store that I bought it from and they exchanged it. This one worked for less than 3 weeks and died this morning. Unhappy going to work this morning without my coffee! Will either take it back to the store or go through the company for a replacement. Keurig is a good product and I really want it to work but a bit discouraged and nervous about getting another one...I want to give it a higher rating and hope to be able to some day. But not at this point in time. Sorry!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Fragile

BEWARE OF SHUT-DOWN

AFTER READING MANY REVIEWS, IT SEEMS THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE MARKET - IT SHUTS DOWN AFTER 2, 3, 4 WEEKS OF USE.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

Almost 2 years old and still great!

We've had our Keurig for almost 2 years now, and it's still great. We use it daily, and have only on a very rare occasion encountered a small problem where half a cup brews. I will say the brewer has become louder in the past 6 months than when brand new, but it's nothing to deal with for a great cup of coffee. Overall, my husband and I are very please with Keurig, and we've even switched his and Aunt and Mother on to keurig as well!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

Doesn't always work...

I use this product sometimes 4-5 times a day. My first model worked for 1 year then, would not "pump" the water. I loved it so much that I replaced it with another. This one has it's own problems. Sometimes it just shuts off. Sometimes it only brews a half a cup. I have only had this product since Christmas! Save your box and receipt.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE IT, HOWEVER, AFTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS OF DAILY USE, THERE IS NOW A CRACK IN THE TOP. I BELIEVE THAT IT WAS FROM THE PRESSURE OF "POKING" OF K-CUPS. I HOPE THAT THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF US. I'M SURE THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO.

I Like My Replacement Keurig

After hearing rave reviews about the Special Edition from friends, I purchased one. Right out of the box it would not brew and kept shutting itself off. When I called Customer Service they indicated that I should discard this one and that they would replace it within 3 to 10 business days. New machine (Ultimate, which I do not find listed on their menu of home machines) arrived two days ago. I have since brewed several cups of great-tasting coffee with no mess or waste.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: A bit heavy to lift
