Loved when working

I got this brewer as a replacement for my first one which they no longer make or carry. My first one worked wonders. I never had an issue with it till it was put into storage for a few months then it wouldn't work afterwards so they sent me this one. I was very displeased with this brewer. From the moment I began using it, it had issues. It would start up and say "not ready" for about 4 minutes or so then shut itself off. It also would short cup me all the time. My boyfriend and I would be trying to make a 10oz cup of coffee and it would make about 6oz if not less. So we'd have to waste another k-cup and keep repeating the process till we got 10oz or more. The other problem I had with this brewer was that sometimes it would act like it was working say say that it was ready to brew but once you put a k-cup into the unit and pressed your desired cup size it wouldn't brew anything at all but punctured holes into the k-cup and sometimes filled it with water therefor ruining a k-cup. It is very frustrating that I've spent all this money on coffee and the brewer just to be displeased/ripped off twice. I also had to go through much hassle with customer service 2 times before I could get somewhere with them. I now have yet another replacement brewer on the way but I demanded a different brewer so we'll see how this one turns out but as of right now I'm very hesitant. Bottom line, I would not recommend this brewer to anyone. Maybe even Keurig if the new one I have on the way is a bust as well.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Not good quality

Very Nice-Easy to Use

We had another type of single cup brewer before and it was a good machine. The Keurig however is quieter and has a much bigger selection of beverages. Bought this 2 weeks ago and its been running heavy duty service ever since. No problems in spite of the demands made of it during the Christmas season.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: No problems yet

I received this as a gift from my mom because she knows how much I love my coffee. It's fast, easy to set-up, and makes delicious coffee. Did I mention how fun it is to use?

Trial and Error

Like any product its trial and error at first. Had a bad taste for a while and went on line to find some did and didn't have problem. I flushed with vinegar water as recomended and have had perfect coffee since. The primer light came on twice and I found out that if you fill the resevour while its in READY TO BREW mode it does this. Easy fix. Its Easy to program and work. I'm enjoying it alot so far. I've had machine a month now.

I simply adore my Keurig! I was always in Starbucks - until I found this Keurig on sale at [@] before the holidays and just had to get it. I haven't been to Starbucks since, and I've found the price of the machine pays for itself quite quickly. It's not loud when warming the water, the machine is easy to clean, and the variety of k-cups is outstanding!

Love Love Love this brewer!! I used to waste full pots of coffee everyday so the single serving is awesome! Each cup brewed is fresh and delicious! Love that I can switch my coffee flavors cup to cup. Also great for brewing iced coffee or iced tea. Love that I can just use it for hot water to make cocoa. My favorite feature is being able to adjust the temperature of the water! I keep it on the lowest setting. My only dislike is I wish there was an even larger cup size for travel mugs, I have to brew twice to fill mine. Fast, fresh, delicious coffee in every cup!

About a year ago, we got a Keurig at our office to replace our full size commercial flash brewer. While I loved that brewer, I found myself wasting at least a half pot a day. I was skeptical of the Keurig at first, but it really is the best cup of coffee I've had.I tried to avoid drinking coffee when I wasn't at the office, but my girlfriend loved to have a cup or two daily at home before she went to work. So I finally broke down and bought one for our apartment. I love it there, and the only issue I have is now I drink way too much coffee when I'm at home.I'm a black coffee drinker, but the lady loves the sweet stuff. She likes to fill the bottom of the cup with sweet creamer and brew on top of it. Apparently it gives a great flavor that way.I gave this as a gift to my parents for Christmas this year. They loved it so much my father bought one for his office. Now he no longer spends $8/day on his two trips to Starbucks each morning.These make great gifts, especially for yourself. I haven't met a single person that was disappointed in it yet. It's hard to drop the money on something quality, but is completely worth it in the long run. I suspect I'll be giving more of these for gifts in the future.FYI, I found this in a bonus pack edition at [@] that included the My K-Cup, Filter and 3 boxes of samplers. The one I purchased at [@] had none of these and I had to buy them all separate. Keurig should have all additions come with these items in my opinion.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
