Love this brewer!!

I just love this brewer. It is a hit with the whole family and very simple to use. The clean up is a breeze. You wont be dissappointed. There are so many different flavors to purchase the taste possibilites are endless!!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Durable, Stylish

Excellent Customer Service and Products

First off I have to say the Customer Service dept is one of the best you will deal with if you have an issue. The machine is fast and easy to clean. Unfortunately we have had a couple minor issues and Keurig came to the rescue. I will be a Keurig man for life.
Pros: Stylish, Top Customer Service, Fast, Easy to use

This Keurig Special Edition is fabulous. I love that i can program it to have a steaming cup of coffee ready for me when i get out of bed. It's quick and easy to make multiple cups. The water temperature is also adjustable and that makes it versatile for iced tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal and cider.

We use our Keurig 3 or 4 times a day. It takes less than a minute to make a cup. Easy to use, choose your cup size and push the brew button. We looked at others, but we're happy we got this one.A lot more coffees to choose from.

Since my husband does not drink coffee, I was stuck using the regular Cuisinart coffee makers, though stylish, to go through all of that for just one cup a day was getting to be annoying. Now I bought the eco reusable cup (eko brew cup) for Keurig, which I use with my favorite flavored fair trade organic coffee from Whole Foods or The Black Dog store, and it is the best! I am not stuck with those non-organic k cup coffees, so I'm happy I had that option. Great invention, convenient, fast.

Excellent Brewer

I received the B60 last Christmas as a gift. The brewer lasted 11.5 months before we had a problem. After following the directions in the troublshooting guide I had to call Keurig. They were very polite and extremely professional. They sent us a replacement brewer with no issues. I can't say enough good things about it or customer service. I am very glad I have one of these. It is so good my sister also received one last year and my mom got one this year!

It is so easy to use and makes a perfect cup every time with no clean up! Had to get mine replaced by Keurig because it began to leak water after almost a year. They have an excellent CS dept. and sent out a replacement immediately. So far so good!
