Very Convenient

I use the coffee maker every day, multiple times a day. It is great to brew a couple of quick cups for my wife and me in the morning. The choice of K-Cups is great. I use it quite often to brew a quick cup of iced tea as well. My wish list for this brewer would be: * Slightly larger water tank * A more convenient reusable K-Cup filter assembly or some kind of empty disposable K-Cup units so I do not have to keep swapping out the plastic inserts * Reduce the noise!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Loud

This is my third Keurig, actually the 4th one I have purchased, one was a gift. I have one at my home, one at the beach house and one at college with my son. My first two were great, good coffee, easy to use, no clean up, but my one problem was they were noisy. I bought the Special Edition this time and it is perfect! It is quiet, easy to use, plenty of cup sizes, and makes a great cup of coffee, one cup at a time! I love it!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Quiet, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

Faster than instant coffee and way better. I use the pack your own grounds "My K cup" sometimes and have found if you press it full, kind of like an expresso maker, you can get a seriously rich cup of coffee!

My Keurig is just fabulous! I'm shocked and elated that I love it so much. Each cup of coffee is perfect, fresh, hot. My favorite k-cup is Newman's organic extra bold, it's easy to find locally. I drink black coffee only (every single day) and the flavor is excellent. Trying to get my sister to try Keurig, so I can share the great find. I hope she loves it as much as I.

We had problems with this brewer from the beginning. We always use a filtered water, but within the first month, the brewer would either overflow with too much water or we would get only 1/4 - 1/2 cup. We contacted Keurig twice about this problem and were told that it needed cleaning which we did frequently to no avail. I would not purchase this produce again, although I love the K-cup ease. We have since purchased the Breville and so far, so good.

Cons: Dispensing problems

A handy way to enjoy a coffee habit

Have this about a year and haven't looked back. I bought this thinking I'd only take it out and use it when company came, but I kept it out and never packed it up again. I can't be without it. The biggest disadvantage you hear about from others is the 'noise.' I don't know what the fuss is all about. I have no sleeping babies in the house, and if I did, it is only seconds long in duration. Makes me wonder why anyone would even consider this a negative worth mentioning. Maybe one day I'll 'move up' to the Platinum one, less noisy I hear, but I have no complaints with this one, so why hurry? Even tho' it has programmable capabilities to make your morning coffee b/4 you wake up, starting the coffeemaker COLD in the morning, it still only takes a minute for coffee to drip after pressing the "ON" button! What more can one ask for. Recently looked at the instruction manual again and realized I should have demineralized the unit for maintenance w/white vinegar--so don't forget that like I did. It really takes care of itself otherwise, has never given me a day's problem. I only wish that everything in life was as simple!

It is great to have different flavors and types of coffee for guests. However, we've gone through three machines already. The company response is horrible. I have now been waiting three days for a technician to call back. I just went out and got a Mr Coffee. Too much of a hassle.

Poor Customer Service

After one week, the unit began shutting off after brewing one cup. The inner tank would not refill. Three calls to Keurig's customer service were made on three successive days to see if there was an easy fix. On each call, we were promised that a service technician would return our call. None called. After 5 days, we returned the unit to the store where it was purchased and got our money back.

Cons: Fragile, Customer Service, Inner tank failure
