Will not work properly

Will not draw water from the reservoir after a week of use. After reading the forums, I see this is a typical problem.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but didn't last

I purchased the Keurig Platinum B70 on March 18, 2009. It failed on April 19, 2010, one month out of warranty (of course!). Overall I would have rated this product very good if it had lasted.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the fact that I could brew single cup coffee without wasting any coffee. The only problem with this machine is that the brewer has shut down on me three times within a month and it is becoming an annoyance. If not for this problem, I would recommend this product. Needs to improve the brewing problem. *Customer service is readily accessible.*

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Have had mine for 2 years and it is still going strong! Besides the obvious use for coffee/tea, it is great if you need some hot water!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish

Just came here to buy a brewer for my parents, as they like the one I have. Surprised by the negative reviews so I thought I would leave a positive. I've had the Special Edition for a full year now and have had no problems whatsoever. Feel bad for the folks that have had issues, but I feel the vast majority of consumers are satisfied (they just don't leave positive reviews)

It doesn't get any better than this coffee maker. The coffee is the best we have ever tasted and the choices of flavors is unlimited. We would by another one.

I got mine about 2 years ago and use it daily, if not multiple times daily. I have had absolutely no problems with it. None. I love it. Some people are complaining about the cup sizes? We use a big mug and simply brew 2 medium cups, using one Kcup for each run. Pretty simple. Makes a super easy great cup of coffee. If they made it in a 24 ounce size the Kcups would have to be larger or you'd just get hot water!! Even using 2 Kcups per mug it's still much cheaper than purchasing pre-made coffee from the local cafe. We love the convenience & ease. Will buy another when (if) this one dies!

Bought one for myself, then for a friend, then one for the office, one for my parents, and finally, one for a satellite office. The k-cups provide something for everyone, and there is no wasted product or water. The only complaint is that when I registered the 2nd - 5th brewers, I was told I did not get the bonus K-cups when I placed an order. This is not spelled out in the offer.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
