I have had this brewer for a year... I have cleaned it several times... has anyone else had a problem with it not brewing the right amount ... my small brews 4oz... med 6oz and large cup size 8oz.. which makes it about 2 oz off for each cup.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Convenient, Fast, Easy to use

This was a replacement unit that had some issues. Keurig stepped up and helped us out. The brewer is everything it should be and would be an asset to anyone who loves coffee.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Loves My Keurig

It doesn't matter if I want tea or coffee in the morning my Keurig always brews a perfect cup! Plus I'm saving money and doing good for the environment by not stopping at Timmy Ho's or DD everyday! Big plus there!! Looking forward to discovering new flavors :)

Intermitten "Prime" message & same size

I think the Special Edition is a great product except for two issuess that I have found no solution: 1) Prime msg appears intermittently, need to reprime (not a fatal flaw, but anoying), and 2) brews the same amount of coffee on each setting, or size choices (this is a problem).
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish

K Cup size is false

Unfortunately the size of the filter/K cup is the same for all machines. We called to inquire about Keurig cup size but none available. One cannot increase the amount of coffee grinds to make a stronger cup. Therefore, the coffee is weak even using the smaller size three times. So it's inconvenient for the user. We're going back to the old method where we can control our own portions of coffee. We used Folgers French dark roast and yet it's weak because we cannot add more grinds. Strong coffee lovers who might buy beware! It's evident that they want you to buy their selections of coffee, but who afford coffee for well over $50.00 a month!! Something Keurig should work on

Like any other product you buy. Read the instructions first. Then do your first start up. You will cut down on the chance of any problems. Then read reviews for any helpful tips. We really like this machine. Thanks KEURIG!

I love my new brewer. I just got it as a birthday gift and love the single brew. I was cautious because of the price but now that I am using it I see it is well worth it.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
