Loud, wakes up the whole house

Ease of use, but way too loud, but I love my coffee. My husband uses it to wake me up in the mornimg and its worse than the alarm clock that you can at least use a soft radio station to ease you awake. I sometimes make a cup late at night but everyone complains. Wouldn't buy one again.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Big Change

This is "new" technology to my family. We were hesitant to go away from more conventional brewers, but this is so convenient. Great coffee,little mess and fast. Now there is always time to grab a cup before we go. I like the 3 settings for sizes, and the ability to everyone to have their choice of brew.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to clean, Convenient, Easy to use, Fun

Love the Brewer, Wish they had Starbucks

Would love to have Starbucks options, especially Latte and Cappuccino. Hint hint!! :) Would love the option to install a brewer directly to under-sink pipe system to have continuous water supply. Or T-junction from refrigerator water supply.

Love our keurig

Use ours everyday, especially convenient for entertaining when you have some that want decaf or some that want regular, and our guests love using it and picking their 'flavor' and making their coffee. It's a convenient size for when it is just my husband and myself, or for when we have a lot of people over for dinner (with lots of coffee drinkers!) We love that we can have a fresh cup of coffee whenever we get up (my husband and I often have different start times to our day), and not always trying to determine the best time to make a pot of coffee, or end up having that pot of coffee sitting on a burner for hours. 3 different family members bought a keurig after using ours because they loved it so much! We like strong coffee, and therefore it would be nice to be able to make a large cup of coffee with a strong brew, but we just make a strong large cup of coffee by using the smallest brew twice. We had originally tried a Tassimo, and it was incredibly noisy so we returned it and bought this keurig. I would buy another one! Love it!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I love my coffee maker. Purchasing one for my mother now. She came to visit and used my coffe maker and she commented how she felt like she was at a hotel!

I love Keurig coffee but this coffee maker is way too loud. I like to wake up and have my coffee before any one else in my house is up and every morning the coffee maker wakes up the entire household. We have also had technical problem after technical problem where at times the coffee doesn't even brew and my daughter has to push different buttons to manipulate it to brew.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Loud

I love the machine, but it breaks down

I have purchased 4 machines in 4 weeks. Not because I purchased new machines for family members. It's because the machine breaks down after 7 days. Pump problems! [...].The concept of the machine is great, I'm hooked. I will not give up as long as [...]continues with there liberal return policy.

Good coffee, but.....

We are on our 3rd - soon to be 4th - unit in less than 2 months. They work fine for a week, then shut off when it fails to prime. The coffee is great but the quality of the machine leaves a lot to be desired. I hope they fix their problem. I'd recommend the product, but only after warning of the quality problems.

Cons: Unreliable, Fragile
