We now only have 1 coffee maker!

We had 2 coffee pots 1 for me (decaf) and 1 for my hubbie(regular) now we can have whatever we want on demand and with variety packs you can mix up flavors depending on your mood. Also having tea and cocoa too is really nice for company. Very versatile. Very easy to use and clean. Great gift from my hubbie and kids! Oh and iced drinks are super easy too. My k cup is a good investment for those who like certain types of coffee not offered by Keurig YET.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

I was one of the descaling solution users who had to return my old brewer back to Keurig. Well, this replacement (model) came today and they upgraded me! I am speechless! I never thought I would pay this much for a coffee pot, but once I did, I would NEVER go back! I love that you can brew multiple type drinks without contamination. I love that there is no more drippy coffee grinds going clear across the kitchen floor (to the trash can) in a filter basket that stains and just never gets cleaned again (same for the glass carafe that too never gets clean and always breaks!), but the best part, is NO MORE COFFEE GRINDS in a brewed cup of coffee (even the coffee shops give you a cup with grinds floating in the bottom of the cup). And these brewers are backed by a reliable customer friendly company.
Pros: No More Mess, Fast, Stylish, No More Stained Carafe, No More Grinds in Coffee, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I love our Keurig brewer. We've had ours for 3 years now and never had any problems with it. Everything still works the same as the first day we used it. We brew close to 15 cups a day. We bought ours after a demonstration at our office and I'm so glad we did. It's nice to choose a different flavor whenever you want to and it is ready in less than a minute. It is also very easy to clean. I wish everyone had as good of an experience with their machine as we have. We already said, that once our machine breaks, we will definitely buy another.

Great Brewer

I've had this brewer for 5 years and it worked well. I never had any problems with it up until two months ago after we took it with us on vacation. Since then it's been acting a little weird, then finally today is sprung a leak so it's time for a new one. Prior to that it worked beautifully! I've read that many people have had problems with them. Mine did well for 5 years and I've used it every day, even several times a day.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Noisy

"Prime" problem

I love the Keurig B60. However, I remove the water reservoir every day as I don't like the thought of water sitting in it over night. Nearly every time I try to make a cup of coffee in the morning now, the machine doesn't recognize that the reservoir is back on the machine. So the water won't move out of the reservoir into the coffee machine. It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to get it to recognize that the reservoir is there so that the water starts moving. It's really frustrating. I purchased my unit through a local retailer about 3 weeks ago. So it's been a short-lived joy. But, without the reservoir issue, I really do love the coffee. I especially like the way I can use my own coffee. I drink mostly decaf and it's hard to find a dark roast decaf in the "K" cups.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: "Prime" problem

hot water???

I was taken off regular coffee for 6 months and my husband drinks only regular so I bought this to make decaf. I used it for that and if my husband wanted a cup of regular coffee in the middle of the day. But the water is not hot enough for the tea water and coffee for some people will put it in the microwave after it come out of the brewer. I still use it for the middle of the day coffee or late at night. We have it at our vacation house

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Water not hot enough

I've had this machine for 2 years and my wife and I brew at least 6 cups a day. I can't believe that it still runs as well as it does - it's like the energizer bunny!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
