Has to be a design defect

It is amazing to see the number of reviews indicating the same shut-off and half cup brew problems this product is having and yet it still is on the market. We're done. 2 machines later and waiving the white flag and going back to coffee makers. Someone should call Cunsomer Reports or the Consumber Protection Board. This product should not be on the market any longer.
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Unhappy!

I bought this last October and was so excited I was telling everyone I knew about it, however very shortly after I got it, it started acting up, not always working, it would make sounds like it was going to start brewing but it wouldnt then it would shut off, when I turned it back on it would brew a double size cup so it would overflow everywhere. When I called in about my warranty they said someone would call me back and no one ever called. We find ourselves running vinegar through it almost weekly and we have used nothing but bottled water in it. I really wish Keurig would replace these and stand by their products. Very expensive to only have it functioning properly for 3 weeks!
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No filters or coffee grinds to deal with. No mess, I love mine, have had it for almost 3 years now and have no problems at all.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Wow reading the other reviews is not encouraging! I have had this sysem for about 9 months and use it every day. I have had no problems what so ever. Love the ease of use, consistant coffee quality, always perfect temp and a cinch to clean. So far I love it!!!

This machine is simply amazing, fresh coffee in less than one minute. Plenty of K-cups to enjoy with Keurig and it's easy to clean.

THE VERY BEST. THE COFFEE SELECTIONS AND EASE OF BREWING STARTS THE DAY OFF GREAT. VERY EASY TO USE AND A CINCH TO CLEAN. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. MY ENTIRE FAMILY USES IT AND EVERYONE LOVES IT. THIS EDITION HAS TO BE THE BEST COFFEE BREWER WE HAVE EVER HAD. MAKES A GREAT GIFT FOR SPECIAL PEOPLE OR JUST AS A PRIVATE PURCHASE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!! I CAN FIND NOTHING THAT IS WRONG, THE DESIGN IS FANTASTIC AND DRESSES UP THE COUNTER-TOP.

Honestly, I have read the reviews with all sorts of problems mentioned. I have used my brewer almost every day since I got it without issue. I am exclusively a tea drinker and offer coffee to guests. I am completely satisfied with the tea and guests are always complimentary on the coffee. I have never been more excited about an appliance. I have an will continue to recommend Keurig brewers.

Limited edition rocks!

I love this product so much, I could sell it. My mom bought me the Limited Edition several years ago and it's still functioning perfectly. The only design feature I wish someone on the design team would address is the top to the water reservoir -- it needs a handle or something to make it easier to refill the tank. Other than that, I'm delighted with my brewer and frequently recommend it to friends and co-workers.
