Great for a single person

I love this machine.I don't drink much coffee, I'm more of a tea and cocoa drinker. No problem here alot to choose from. The only problem I have with the machine it doesn't fill the desired cup to the brim only half full. Water tank is full and the cup isn't too big or too small. So not sure what the problem is. Other than that, it works great for me!!!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Doesn't fill cup

After trying our fourth machine we now have to send this machine back. All the machines have a mind of their own ie: shuts off, will brew wrong size cups, sounds like it's trying to work but sits idol. Someone really needs to look into the problem. We have tried 3 different models so the issue is on all models not just one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really wish Keurig would address the issue of their machines failing to work, shutting themselves off, failing to dispense water when the brew button is pushed and on and on and on. I purchased and returned two machines - what a waste of time. I wish I had taken the time to read these reviews before I spent money, time, and effort on this product - TWICE!

Disappointed but hopeful.....

I received my Keurig for Christmas, and I initially loved its convenience. Within 3 months it started having issues. Thinking it needed cleaned, I followed through with the instructions. It worked properly for about a week and then the malfunctions started. It does not fill a cup, in fact, I can hear the pump stop working. It dispenses water for about 3 seconds, water sits in the K-cup and the right button is unlit. I am hopeful that Keurig will "do the right thing". I am not sure I would recommend this product to a friend.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Versatile
Cons: Poor durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I use the Keurig everyday. He has his tea and hot cocoa and I have my coffee in all the wonderful varieties. The Keurig has been incredibly dependable. I have had no problems, and we have used it everyday for the past 6 months. My mother-in-law has one now, and guess what I am getting my step-father for Father's Day! Finally! He will have a great cup of coffee!
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings

I am surprised at some of the reviews for the Keurig brewers. I first bought the Elite, then the Special Edition. Both work great. Both are quiet. (I do know about the noise however... My in-laws have an Elite brewer purchased about a year ago and it is quite noisy.) I use the brewers everyday, sometimes several times a day, and I have never had a problem. I love that you can brew a different type of coffee each time and the size options are great for me.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish

I would not buy another one again

this is the third brewer we have had, the first one use to brew all by itself without even wanting to brew a cup of coffee, called customer service they were great sent us another one. About 7 months later the new one was not plugged in went to plug it in and it blew a fuse. Called customer service said that there must be a short we had to send the K cup to them and they would send us out another one. The third one is 8 months old and does act up occasionally but not like the others. If this one goes I am not replacing it I would by another from another mfg. Customer service is great thought.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

repeat problem withis model. Keurig claims that it is user error by not keeping it clean..same problem whether is it has been cleaned or not..DO NOT Recommend this model The problem is that after selecting a cup size, the brewer does not always fill the cup and you have turn it off and on and lift the handle up and down to get it to brew..sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't..when it does, you get a fill that exceeeds the cup size and it overflows...After repeated phone calls, Keurig, to their credit, replaced the brewer..
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Poor electronics, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Poor quality control
