This is truly for the whole family. Father's coffee, my tea or chai, and the grandchildren's hot cocoa. This is the only brewer with a great variety of k-cups available even at the local store. Online ordering is fast, simple[...] The k-cup holder does have to be cleaned very carefully. Watch the sharp points.

I do demos in the name stores. Today I did one with the special edition model. It sold me,just giving out samples. The machine is a pleasure to use.I love it.

The Best Coffee

I like coffee straight black. I never really went in for flavored coffees. My Keurig has changed everything. I thought I drank too much coffee for it to keep up...wrong. It is fast, totally mess free...the coffee is the best I have ever had and there is NO waste. I like my coffee fresh, so that means I was used to throwing out half pots of coffee. No more..I just brew my cup, enjoy..and if I want another, put in another K cup and have another FRESH cup. The flavors are wonderful..I can experiment without being stuck with a whole pot. I was wrong that I wouldn't enjoy this, I LOVE IT. Can't wait for the holidays when everyone can brew their own flavor. This is an awesome gift idea too, for the coffee (or tea or cocoa) drinker. I honestly don't have any cons..it is perfect.

Coffee heaven

I never could make a good pot of coffee. I live alone and was sick of trying to make half a pot that tasted good. I bought this for myself last Christmas and have NEVER regretted it. The coffee is excellent, fresh, wonderful and has consistently good quality. I have found the K-cups readily available at local big box stores with a wide variety of flavors. I'll never brew coffee in a pot again.

We love our Keurig coffee brewer, so convenient, easy to use. In fact, my daughter likes it so much, I may give her mine, and save up to upgrade to the Breville brewer.

Amazing Brewer!

I love my brewer. I just wish that it did a bigger cup size, but other than that it perfect! I love using it for my cocoa and tea, while my husband uses it for all his coffee! Its also perfect for guest to use and you don't have to leave your old coffee pot on all day and waste so much!

My Very First Keurig

This was my very first introduction to Keurig so you must realize that my opinion was formed based on my experience with this model. Since this model I have purchased 4 more Keurig's and am 30 points away from purchasing another Platinum edition! Before my Keurig(s) I was not much of a coffee drinker, in fact I began drinking at age 44. Pots of coffee would sit around and get cold and I wasted much more than I drank...that is until the Keurig joined my family. I am spoiled with my hot cup at anytime of the day or night, in so many varieties of flavors to meet my mood of the day. The only complaint would be that this unit is a bit noisy but that can also help wake one up in the morning so maybe not such a bad feature after all.
