I Guess I'll Never Learn

This is the third brewer in 4 years. Pump fails even though we only use deionized water and descale it every 2 months. This machine is either not designed well or not manufactured well. If we didn't have so many K-cups on hand, would look at another brand.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it just works great everytime. I had it for over 1 year. no proublems at all.
Pros: I Had It 4 Over 1 Year, Stylish, Works Great Evvery Time, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings

I was surprised at the comments about their machines not brewing or that it was noisy? MY machine is quiet as can be AND have never had any issues with it "not brewing" thank goodness. I've owned mine for approximately 9 months and I use it daily. I havva friend who visits often and he is so impressed and "spoiled" as HE states by this machine that he wants one for his office. He says that when he has to go home and make coffee with his "regular" coffee maker that he is disappointed with the wait time, the flavor and the waste of coffee that he's always having to pour out daily. , lol. I have to say I am a bit spoiled as well now that I've had the convenience of this brewer. I use mine daily for everything from basic coffee's to flavored coffees, tea's, iced beverages, the vitamin over ice drinks, you name it! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Keurig Special Edition Brewer! If anything happens to it I'm definitely replacing it with another Keurig! I'm also going to buy one for my friend who is so enamored with mine!

Excellent Choice

After reading so many negative reviews I hesitated to make the investment, but am so glad I finally did. Hubby drinks large cups of coffee all day long. We have had this machine for about 2 1/2 years of frequent daily use. We have never had any problems at all with it. We love it. In fact, we love it so much we bought another one for the camper. Note: We NEVER use anything but filtered water in it.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast

Disappointed

I am very disappointed in this brewer. I returned one, bought another one, and the same thing happened - it does not brew. It did the first few times, but after that - nothing. Very annoying when you want your coffee in the morning. I am reluctant to get another Keurig.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

I like it but sometimes it doesn't want to brew. I wish I had more cup sizes. With limited choices I feel like I have to use more kcups which uses more money. I do have a coffee maker that makes a pot. I tend to use it more since its just overall simple than Keurig

weak coffee

I was very disappointed that the coffee came out so weak. Unless you make the smallest cup size the coffee is not rich tasting.

LOVE MY KEURIG

Well after 5+ years it's time for a new one. It's been a great machine. I love my K65 Keurig. A fresh cup of coffee every time.I was looking at some of the others models but they don"t all support the my k-cup so I think I'll stick with this one.
