Water Pump Problems after 3 months

Love the coffee, but are having problems with the water pump not priming. The units pump will run and run without getting any water to it and will eventually just power down. I guess it's good that it powers down or else it would burn out the pump. But for what I paid for the unit this is ridiculous.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unreliable

I'm now on my 3rd brewer like this in 2.5 years. Yes, Keurig has a warranty and thank you for that. But the warranty is only 1 year and wouldn't you know it they stop working at the 18 month mark. Keurig was generous the first time and replaced the brewer free when water was leaking from the bottom. The second brewer went kuput in 18 mos as well but this time Keurig told me the best they could do was sell me a replacement machine for a discount. While I love the Keurig - It's not reliable for such a pricey machine.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

cup sizes are hit and miss

Unit is nice looking. However, I don't like how off the cup sizes are. No kidding, one morning I brewed to fill my to go cup. Now I know I have to double brew because the largest size doesn't fill it. This morning I brewed the large size and it filled the cup about 3/4. The next day I did the same thing, I got about 1/2 or less. It's a pain in the butt. I think it's honestly a waste unless you want a quick cup to go. Yes we called customer service. Told the sizes are correct. Really? how can they be different everytime? I probably wouldn't recommend this to someone who drinks coffee regularly.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

Was Great Until it Broke

I loved this coffee maker until I woke up this morning and it was stuck on "not ready." I called to find out that this meant the heating element had failed. I never de-scaled it, but I never got a message to do so. I'm very disappointed. This was a very expensive coffee maker to break after only three years.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Broke after three years

The unit stopped working after 1 1/2 years. I cleaned it according to the book but it has failed. My last single cup maker lasted 8 years and I never had a problem with it except it did not make travel mug size cup. My good friend,who I gave my old unit to , made a nice fresh cup of coffee this morning , and I bought one at a gas station. GAG!!!!

This product was a Christmas gift a couple of years ago and worked beautifully until it had to be replaced. Since then I have been extremely disappointed as both replacement units have been sent back and I am currently awaiting the 3rd unit within 4 months. Problem #1-would only brew the least amount of coffee no matter which cup size chosen; Problem #2-would not brew at all, then had to be shut off and restarted to even get a cup of coffee. [...]consumers!

Great Brewer

I love my Keurig brewer! I got it as a Christmas present a year (maybe two?) ago, and it's been a favorite ever since. Two things I wish for: hotter coffee and the ability to tweak the strength settings. But other than that, it's easy, it's fast and with the right coffee, makes a great cup of coffee. NOTE: Steer clear of the My K Cup... it's messy and makes LOUSY coffee, no matter what coffee you start with.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Won't be without it!

We have used this brewer daily (4-6 cups) without a hiccup for more than a year. Each cup of coffee is reliably perfect. Sure beats the messy drip coffee makers we have had in the past. Cleaning has been simple. We believe with consistent (once a week) cleaning we have have had no issues. We feel confident in giving the brewers as gifts to our best friends and they have given new brewers to their friends too. We will be buying another for our cabin.
