Love my Keurig!

I love this coffee maker. It is easy to use and I can have a cup whenever I please in a short amount of time. The only issue is when using the filters to use brew bagged coffee. It is messy.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Messy when using filter

The pot is great the biggest problem is I have been thru two already in 2 years because it brews a short cup. I recommend them to everyone, but feel bad when it starts brewing the short cup. It is easy to use and the coffee is great.There isnt any noise issues. They just need to improve the mechanism in it. I threw away so much coffee on my old coffee makers.This is easy and convienient. I love it.Coffee tastes great!

We have had no problems with our Keurig in the office. I have one at home also and when it started having problems I descaled it according to the instructions and it is back to working perfectly again.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings

Will not buy again

I bought the original Keurig in Nov 2009, I had to call cust service today to have a 5th one sent to me. The original powered off and would not power back on, can't even recall what the second one did, 3rd on was stuck on menu and you had to trick it into brewing!! Now, this one has done the same as the original. For the money, you would think they would either fix the issues or discontinue this particular model. When I am no long under warranty, I will not be getting another Keurig. When they work, they are wonderful and I have to say, they have the best cust serv reps.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I originally had the B100 model which is nolonger made, I had it for 8 years with no problems. One of the pumps went and no parts available so we purchased a Special edition, (All my three children now have one based on our first machine) after two months the lights went out and Keurig replaced it ASAP, fantastic. This one has been working fine except for the ocassional delay in brewing. If this one gives up the ghost I will get another, I love the conveniance. The only con is they need better quality control, from all the reviews I read there are a lot of bad ones out there.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

Great Machine

I have had this machine for about 3 years and it has not failed me yet. Sometimes it does short you a little but its not often. I am looking at upgrading to one of the commercial machines with direct line plumbing for home and take this one to my office. This is my 2nd machine, I currently have one model down from this one at my office and its starting to have some problems but its been over used for 4 years or so. I love Keurig and the K-Cups. I hope my next one is just as good as the last two!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast

I absolutely love the idea behind the Keurig. I, however, am on my third of this model and keep having the same problem. It fails to pull the water from the reservoir and then shuts itself off. Keurig has excellent customer service and did replace the first two, free of charge. I didn't call about the third one though I probably should. It has just gotten old. I still use it but its hard for guests.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had it since March 2011. This machines serves between 8-12 cups a day. Have it at office for 5-6 employes. Everyone loves the easy use of it. The cleaning option is very hard. Bought a special product to clean this machine. Has no cleaning option. So you've got to serve one cup at the time to clean until tank is empty, then you you got to rinse. Did 2 tanks of rinse, again, one cup at the time. Generally speaking, if it last 2 years with no breaks. We will be very happy. Great concept, great idea (K-Cups), just hoping the quality will continue. Thanks Keurig. 8/10 Duciboy
