LOVE THE EASE OF MAKING COFFEE

I have always hated making coffee in the morning till now. I leave the machine off because I dont use it enough to justify seeing cool blue display. I flip it on and by the time I put a K-cup in it and get my to go cup ready its ready and im out the door. I'll never have to stop at [...] again.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings

Great Concept but POOR Quality Equipment

K cups are a great concept and extremely convenient. It would be great if a quality manufacturer would put out a brew machine that was as reliable as the K cup. Now on to our third Kueurig, as at first the pump slows the brewing process followed by complete failure of the machine. We love K cups so the Keurig is a necessary evil. For us its part of the cost of fresh coffee. Congrats to Keurig for manufacturing a poor quality product that the consumer keeps buying. Btw I write this review just before I put an order in for our 4th Keurig.
Pros: Works great for 12 months
Cons: Not durable, 12-18 month lifespan
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I drink a lot of coffee, however at times when using the large cup setting, only get half a cup. This doesn't happen a lot, but once in a while... a little frustrating but we keep using it because we enjoy it!! May have to contact customer service about that problem!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Makes half cup at times

A friend of mine talked me into buying a Keurig after my B&D coffee maker broker (which I was not happy with anyway). After mine came, it took 5 seconds to set up, 5 min to prep and then FAST AND EXCELLENT COFFEE SINCE THEN!!I am having fun trying all the different varetties available not only on the website but in my local grocery stores as well!! If you are sceptical like I was, TRY IT YOU JUST MIGHT LIKE IT, I DID AND DO!!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast

A very cool machine!

I really can't complain about this coffee maker. I have been making coffee for more years than I care to mention. I REALLY love the ease of use. I don't have to put the coffee machine together the night before to have coffee in the morning. My daughter was visiting this past weekend and said she would love to have one. No mess, no fuss, no coffee grounds to dispose of. It is well worth the price. LOVE IT!!!
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Fast and Easy, Easy to use
Cons: None so far

Love the coffee, very easy to use. But I went through 2 of these machines since x-mas. I descale regularly, as per the instructions. I can't keep them in my house. This is my 3 machine and I am hoping while under warranty I can keep returning every time they break, but what happens after? I wish this problem could rectified quickly. I am running out of warranty.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Noisy

We love the coffee and the machine!

We enjoy being able to change from coffee to tea to hot chocolate instantly by switching k cups. No mess, no refilling! Most of the coffe and tea products are good..eventually we found what we liked the best. Keurig sells trial packages so we get to taste before buying a big box.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to change K cups, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Lots of drink choices, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Expresso is bad

I love these machines they are so easy to use, fast and durable. Great coffee and teas for everyones taste buds. I purchased my first machine about 6 yrs ago (still working) just replaced it with the special edition and this will be the only coffee maker I will ever own.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
