Happy but nervous now!!

I use my machine everyday and LOVE it! But I am getting very worried reading these reviews. I am worried if my machine does break, will I just get a "refurbished" model. That is still not right??? I hope my machine continues to work. I was going to buy one for my mother in law for her birthday, but maybe I will wait!!!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Still brewing after three years!

I use this brewer everyday, and have had no issues with it. It's three years old, and this is the only coffee maker that has lasted this long. I have tried every other brand without the excellent results that this brewer has. Never a bad cup of coffee. I'm also thrilled you can now buy Iced Coffee and Iced Tea cups!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Simply Wonderful

Bought our machine 3 months ago.We love it. I don't think we ever had a full cup of coffee but is is always delish. It has started to stall and stop brewing altogether and tells us that is is brewing.Customer Service is replacing our machine. As long as Keruig is willing to replace the machine (the customer service was amazing)I will continue to use the Keruig.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Love the variety, speed and ease of brew

I'm living in Seattle, Washington, so I have high standards for a good cup of coffee. I'm enjoying having a variety of coffee and tea choices. The machine functions exactly as advertised. While I've read some negative comments about pump noise, it is a non-issue in our household. It is quiet compared to the household espresso maker. Looking forward to using the coffee maker when entertaining.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: K cup not recyclable

cup sizes are hit and miss

Unit is nice looking. However, I don't like how off the cup sizes are. No kidding, one morning I brewed to fill my to go cup. Now I know I have to double brew because the largest size doesn't fill it. This morning I brewed the large size and it filled the cup about 3/4. The next day I did the same thing, I got about 1/2 or less. It's a pain in the butt. I think it's honestly a waste unless you want a quick cup to go. Yes we called customer service. Told the sizes are correct. Really? how can they be different everytime? I probably wouldn't recommend this to someone who drinks coffee regularly.

Best Brewer Yet

I upgraded to this model after our first basic model stopped working. Love the new brewer. Do not use it with the water filter and cartridges that are sold separately. Using the filter blocks the blue light from indicating water level and may cause problems with the brewer. We use water filtered with a Brita pitcher and the coffee tastes great. This brewer is much quieter than the first brewer we owned.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish

Great Machine makes great coffee

I have only had product a few months, and it has worked great. Sometimes there is a hiccup,(ie gets out of cycle) and I have to start over but it has always come thro. I use and than turn it off. Make at least a couple of cups per day. I like 8 o'clock coffee best. See consumer reports. Makes the best coffee I have ever had. Also, it is nice to be able to try a variety of coffees.
Pros: Makes a delicious cup, Easy to use, Quickly
Cons: So far there are none
