Best Coffee in Town! I am spoiled!

My husband asked for a machine for Father's Day two years ago. Best gift I could've given him considering I am the one addicted to it. I was very skeptical at first, but it is truly the BEST coffee I have ever had. I love the Green Mountain brand of everything I have tried. I have had absolutely NO trouble with my machine and use it at least 4 times per day every day. Consistent cup size, consistent flavor, so easy to use! However, after reading other comments, I am sorry to hear the horror stories. We must have gotten lucky. It sounds like quality control in making machines is not nearly as consistent as my great cup of coffee. Come on, Keurig, get your quality consistent on your machines. As much as I use mine, I will certainly have to replace it at some point. But not if I keep hearing about all of the problems.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I know that there has to be a few brewers that are defective and maybe that's the only time people feel the need to vent about how terrible their machines are, but this is what I think...people don't really follow instruction very well. When you READ THE INSTRUCTIONS it clearly states that you should use filtered or bottled water( a Br**a or P*r pitcher should do the trick) and you need to descale once every 6 months even if your machine is working properly. On top of that you also need to run a the machine WITHOUT A K-CUP at least 3 times if you happened to unplug it before it starts working right. Lastly, you really should make sure your electricals are up to code(you would be surprised to know how many homes are not...scary!) All of this should keep your machine running well.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I love, love, love my Keurig [...] and they back their product 100% The first time I saw a keurig was at my husbands place of employment and thought it was the coolest thing ever so every time I go to his work I would make myself coffee :-) And then my husband purchased me one for Christmas and I LOVE IT!!! Coffee couldn't get any better... So simple and easy to use and everyone can have what they like to drink with no hassel or clean up Amazing!!
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Cup sizes are not always the same

This machine is definitely a luxury because per cup, the coffee is more expensive. That is nice though since it was a gift! The cons are as I listed above. The machine does flake out on a cup here and there but gets back on track, it's a waste of a cup or two though... The amount of coffee that comes out per cup is unreliable and varies. Another pro is that my husband and I don't have to compromise on what coffee to brew, decaf or regular or half and half! Good for entertaining so people can try a new coffee, bad for entertaining if your long visiting guest drinks a ton of coffee and you're on a budget.
Pros: No more arguments, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Stylish, Luxurious, Easy to use
Cons: K cups produce more trash, K cups more expensive, K cups hard to organize, Unreliable cup sizes, Machine hiccups
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!

I used an office Keurig system leased through a coffee service and never had a problem, enjoyed the system and the service. I received the SPECIAL EDITION system as a gift, it worked beautifully for maybe 12 weeks, then began making weak, one quarter, to one half cups of coffee on each cycle. Keurig representatives told me this fairly new product failed because the type of water I was using (filtered) results in the need for frequent descaling, even before the unit detects the need and displays the instruction to, "Descale." I guess I should've predicted this. If you buy this model, be prepared and prescient. Not worth the hassle, not worth the cost, a KNOWN FAULTY PRODUCT per this very website (read the reviews!) Keurig: you should recall this product, reassess it, and redesign it. I used to recommend these makers, and now I warn against them.
Pros: None
Cons: UNATTRACTIVE, Fragile, KNOWN TO MALFUNCTION

Ease of use and flexibility

I use the product at home and at work in my two offices. No grounds to dispose of, remove the K-Cup and discard. No Filters to purchase. Ease of storage. Each member of the team can purchase their own brand of K-Cups.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Great for Office or Home, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

A MUST HAVE FOR COFFEE LOVERS!

My first experience with this amazing machine was at the BMW dealership while I was waiting for my car. Of course that was the commercial size, etc. When the home version came out I was thrilled! I love, love, love it!! My friends, family, even grandchildren (hot chocolate!) all love using our machine. I've purchased several as gifts! IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE..GET ONE TODAY!! WONDERFUL!!

This is the best coffee and tea machine we have ever used.. We take in our motorhome when traveling and use it at home. Once in a while it only brews half a cup but it is worth it to try again... We use our own coffee most of the time instead of the k-cups. Can't wait to buy the new ice tea in the k-cups. This coffee maker is perfect for 2 people.
