This is a great machine, a fresh cup whenever you want. Have tried almost all the keurig coffees and they are great in this machine. The convenience of this machine is great.
Pros: I love my special edition, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Love the new machine except for 2 things

As I said and want to reiterate the many uses coffee non instant also comes in bags just like tea that works just fine cup sizes not neccessarily the issue but Id like to see the smallest full size become the standard meaning the 60oz as opposed to the 48 however the 48 in my opinion people are better off with i know a lot of clients travel and take thier brewer with them because ur lucky if you can get the maximum temp reading of 186 degrees and number 2 lucky if you get 2 drinks out of one use before refilling the tank Id have preffered to get the 80oz brewer but not available in the different colors
Pros: K cups come out easier, Quicker than a tea kettle, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Heats water up quicker, 192 degree temperature, Motor seems stronger, Easy to use
Cons: 3 cup sizes not 5, 48oz better than mini, Res too small prefer 60oz

I have had 4 of these machines in the last year or so --- every few months they just break down. They work well for a while, then they shoot coffee everywhere, or steam comes from the top, etc. I bought my first on in [...]. They must be aware of some problem because they always replaced them, no questions asked. Finally when I came time to replace the 4th defective machine, I just bought a Cuisinart brand --- still uses the K-Cups and made of metal not plastic. Very happy with it!
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an awesome coffee maker. Takes all the guess work (perfect measurement)out of making coffee. Pop in a K-Cup and bingo, fresh,hot, tastey coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Wow, I just got this coffee maker. I love it. I'm making myself ice coffee and ice tea all the time along with coffee. My challenge now is finding the coffee I want to use. I also can use my own coffee with the filter cartridge, too.I make ice coffee with almond mile, and sweetener. It taste better than [...]. Actually saves me money.

Bought this for my wife for mother's day. so far it is everything she wanted easy to use. ice tea part is very nice was surprised how cold it was when it hit the ice.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, So far so good, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Use daily but very disappointed with quality of coffee-too weak and not hot. Coffee taste like slightly flavored water not quality coffee. Too messy to use and water temperature never reaally is hot enough for a good cup of coffe not even the dark roast.
Pros: Small cup of coffee weak, Small cup of cofee weak, Worthless coffee maker
Cons: Complicated, Warm not hot coffee, Too complicated, Coffee tasteless

Two strikes your out!

These are great if you don't expect them to last longer than about 13-14 months. The first one we had was a gift and was used to make only 2 to 4 cups of coffee per day. It lasted about 13 months before the pump gave out. We thought that maybe it was just a lemon and purchased another just like it. We've had it 1 year and it is sounding like a small airplane ready to take off, just like the first one before it quit working.
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
