Great....for about 6 months

We love the convenience of this single cup maker. However, at about the 6 month mark, the maker began making terrible noises and brewing inconsistent cups. We have performed every cleaning method and performed every suggested corrective action and nothing has changed. A review on the internet shows literally thousands of unhappy customers with the quality of this product. Just know that it's a nice convenient coffe maker, but cheaply made and there will be NO service from Keurig.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just a Great Machine!!!

I probably, like many other folks, have gone through many coffee machines with less than satisfying results with respect to taste/flavor. This machine along with one of my favorites, Green Mountain "Our Blend" consistently brews the best tasting cup of coffee time after time....morning, noon or night!!! I truly love it and would highly recommend it to all!!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

Terrific Coffee Machine

Works great. No problems at all. You just need to compute the cost per cup, based on the cost of the K-Cups, and make sure you are willing to pay that much each time for a cup of coffee. It is defintely worth it to me! I just ordered some K-Cups and each box of 24 was [$] (at member discounted price) or [$]/cup.

Not a durable product

I am on my third one. I use it once a day Mon-Fri. They are not durable and after a few months begin to not brew the size cup you select.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

Took forever to de-scale

even tho I had problems with the de-scaling I like how the coffee pot works.. I only hope it keeps working. I had my doubts for awhile, the de-scale would not shut off and it would'nt expell water. finally gave up and let it sit for a few days. Checked one last time and finally started working.
Pros: Easy to use, Hot coffee when you want, Multiple Settings
Cons: Would not expell liquid

Love, love, love this machine

My daughter gave me the B60 for Mother's Day almost 2 years ago. I drink coffee everyday, and my husband doesn't. So this is the perfect machine for me. I don't have to make a pot, and throw the left over away, or drink the extra for several days. I have a fresh cup everyday. The only complaint I had was it was very noisy. I finally decided to research this problem, and discovered other's with the same problem. [...]I went last night took my old one back and they gave me a new one. It is so much quieter than the other one. Now I am 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend you purchase one.

I am a true coffee drinker and certainly glad that I purchased this product. I had purchased numerous coffee makers in the past. If I had purchased this one first I would probably would have had to purchase another due to repeated use.

Perfect for the office

I work in an office with 31 other women. We all love this coffee maker. It's fast enough for us to get a cup of coffee in between phone calls, and quiet enough not to disturb the others while they work.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Quiet, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
