I am ordering my second Kuerig. After four years of constant use, our first one bit the dust. I put our other coffee makers in the "yardsale bin". Another plus is I get to use my points to purchase it for a whole lot less than a store sale.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

"One last chance"

I am now on my second brewer of the same style and model. Once again, I am having problems with it. Not really sure if it is this particular model or if I'm just unfortunate to get two bad machines. It cuts off by itself, takes several times to stay on, and won't brew proper cup size. My husband is ready to give up on Keurig but I am thinking of upgrading to a better model. I'm willing to try one more time.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Shuts off by itself, Doesn't brew cup size
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two years' experience

As an early version of this machine it suffers from the pump the company apparently replaced in most later models. However, as this has apparently been remedied, I have no other complaints. The "short-cupping" problem appears periodically (apparently in all models) but as one commenter noted, it's the result of air in the line, which makes the brewer thinks "it's done". Smacking the reservoir does the trick. As for coffee quality -- not bad, but not as good as drip, Fresh press, etc., which is not surprising. Overall, a great, reliable product supported by a large number of coffee brands.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Reliable convenient
Cons: Really really loud

I used to recommend this product and sales were made because of me. But I can't recommend it anymore. Product does not last for the price paid and customer support is not helpful.
Cons: Product does not last
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had one of these in the lunchroom at my work so I attained a K-Cup from a co-worker and tried it out. Instantly hooked. I bought the Special Edition for the extra features and didn't opt for a higher-end model since I only drink coffee. I've tried a variety of the K-Cup's and am in love with Caribou Coffee (maybe it's because I'm from Newfoundland?) When I did the math I save so much money by doing this and I leave the house coffee in hand! Love this product!
Pros: Quick, Easy to use, Consistent Taste
Cons: Trying to get K-Cup's
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love, love, love my Keurig! The only negative with this model is the limited cup size. My solution was to brew on the smallest cup setting twice. That makes the perfect cup! Overall it was well worth the money. It is the easiest, cleanest way to enjoy premium coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am on my 2nd brewer. While I love the convenience, the variety, the great tasting coffee, and the K-cup philosphy, something has gone wrong with both brewers after about a year or less. Keurig customer service is fabulous, and even sent me a second brewer free after the first brewer was spontaneously shutting itself off. But even the great service cannot compensate for a product that seems to have a lot of bugs and will not last. The 2nd brewer now had some big issues. The descale light comes on randomly, even 1 week after descaling. The large cup setting won't brew a full cup- most of the water seems clogged in the K-cup even after cleaning the needles and running a hot water cycle as recommended by customer service. Sad to say, I may need to consider another system.
Pros: Quick and easy
Cons: Buggy, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great 12 cup brewer replacement

I got tired of throwing out the coffee I didn't drink in my drip brewer and saw a Keurig at a friend's house. I bought mine 6 months ago and this thing is great! I'm not wasting coffee anymore and I can brew whatever I have a hankering for. It is especially helpful for guests who now get what they want rather than what's been made. The single brew allows me to have loose tea that I tend to keep in the house. For me the only drawback is that it is too tall to open on the counter while under the cabinets. This means it is placed where it takes up a bit too much counter space. That's a small price to pay for the convenience. The cup sizes are just fine and I can't complain about the noise because it's minimal. I have already given one as a gift and they have been just as pleased. One problem is narrowing down your choice of coffees. There are so many out there waiting to be tried.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Left-handed tank fill, Too tall when open
