A Christmas gift that worked well daily until, suddenly, it didn't. Water pump is defective & Keurig is sending a replacement.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

I purchased the Special Edition System when I was introduced to the brewer 5+ years ago. The machine continues to work. I am impressed! I must admit after 5 years, the brewer doesn't produce the HOT coffee as it once did. I brew 2-3 cups daily. Until the system completely fails, I will continue using it.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

We use our Keurig everyday. One day it just stopped. No power, nothing. We use filtered water from the refrigerator and have never descaled it...not even sure how to do that. I called customer service, answered a few questions and they immediately emailed me a FedEx shipping label and asked me to box up my broken Keurig as best I could and ship it to them. Sure, no problem. A few days later (like 4 days) we received a brand new Keurig (Saturday FedEx delivery even) and boy are we happy customers! Thanks for an easy resolution Keurig!

LOVE MY KEURIG

Well after 5+ years it's time for a new one. It's been a great machine. I love my K65 Keurig. A fresh cup of coffee every time.I was looking at some of the others models but they don"t all support the my k-cup so I think I'll stick with this one.

Based on my wife's instant liking of the Keurig, I purchased 6 of them blindly at a business show, one for us and each of my business partner's wives along with one for our store break room! Gotta love how quick I can have a cup of coffee ready to drink! Even my mom and dad are getting into how it works! The filter for using your own favorite grounds works slick too! Thanks Keurig!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Very convenient...makes great coffee...

Great coffee maker. I love the convenience of single cup brewing, and the coffee tastes great. It's a little loud in the brewing cycle when it pulls water into the system, but is very tolerable. I feel a tad guilty about the waste, throwing k-cups away several times a day, but perhaps one day they will use recycled plastic.

Cons: Loud, Non-recycled K-Cups

WE USE THE COFFEE MAKER SEVERAL TIMES DAILY AND THE COFFEE IS GREAT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THE PUMPS IN THE UNIT ARE EXTREMELY NOISY.

What a joy to use

This is a wonderfull product to use, very easy to set-up . When you have a busy household and everyone getting up at different times, it makes getting a cup of coffee very simple and very enjoyable!
