Great Product

I own 2 coffemakers my self and have bought one for sisterinlaw for 50th BD and one for niece in college. Living in Fla. We get a lot of company and two guests went home and purchased them after using ours. I had a problem with mine and the company replaced it immediately. Keurig is a great company to work with plus makes a great product
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Love my Keurig

This is our second Keurig, the first one quit just after the warranty was done. We loved it so much we bought another one but bought it at [...] so we could buy the extended warranty. Overall love it!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, No Mess, Easy to use, No wasted coffee
Cons: Not durable

Unhappy with product

I was very excited to receive this item as a Christmas gift. However, after less than 20 uses, rather than relaxing fresh brewed coffee in under a minute, I am frustrated for nearly 5, trying to get a cup of coffee from the Keurig Special Edition. This has been a terrible product for me. My son received one as a gift also, and his is working very well. Perhaps the basic model is a much better version of the Keurig than the more expensive versions.
Cons: Unreliable, Malfunctions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Brewer!

I've had this brewer for a little over two years now, and it's not failed me once. I love the fact that I can easily brew a single cup of coffee, if that's all I want. I've tried to be diligent with routine maintenance and cleaning. I have used this brewer practically every day, at least once or even several times daily. I also love to use the hot water for brewing bag tea, if I don't want to use the K-cups. The hot water's also great for making my oatmeal in the mornings! The individual K-cups keep the coffee always fresh; there's no comparison to supermarket coffee. I'm so glad to see other companies starting to make k-cups to fit these brewers, and the availability of the Keurig K-cups in my local grocers. I often buy the K-cups through my local [...], as well as the Keurig website. I've not regretted this purchase one iota. Very satisfied.
Pros: Easy to use, Almost instant hot water, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

GREAT BREW

I drink coffee as soon as I wake up everyday. I was using a *BUNN brewer which worked for the most part, but I hardly ever have more than 2 cups in a day. With this brewer I can preheat the water for the coffee and I'm not wasting half a pot of coffee...GREAT money saver. Only thing that upsets me about it is it doesnt make a larger cup of coffee, my mug holds a large and a med brew for this machiene

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes

Short Lifespan

My unit is only 4 yrs. old. It is having to constantly be de-scaled and giving out short cups (no giving you a full cup). I've been told that it can't be fixed. For the money and sophistication of this brewer, this should not be happening.

I love the coffee maker and it does make a great, hot cup of coffee every time. My coffee mug, however, holds over the 10 oz setting so I have to make my cup twice. I've managed and cannot imagine going without this now.
Pros: Stylish, Fresh hot coffee, Easy to use

Great product but...

My wife and I love this machine but we have had it for 6 months and it is starting to act up. We have tried de-scaling the product (2) different times, each time running white vinegar through it. We have cleaned the needle and still it acts as if it is having a hard time getting the water to come through. It literally slows to a drip. We have called customer service previously. They were very nice, but we will be calling again to see how we can resolve this issue. We LOVE our Keurig and it's expensive, so we would like for it to work for more than 6 months. We have resorted back to our 13 year old Mr. Coffee machine for the time being.
