Great tasting coffee when it works. First unit would not give a full cup, more water is recycled out the vent then in the cup. Just received the second unit a week ago and it worked about 3 times and now it's doing the same thing.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never fails

We have had our home coffee maker for four years and love it. Single servings are more expensive but well worth not having burnt coffee. I suggested it for work, bought one in three sizes, and its not given us any problems... except that no one cleans up after themselves. Oh Well. They didn't clean the coffee pot either. Great for appointments that need a fresh cup right away. Thanks, Keurig.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Doesn't come with a maid

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Perfect cup of coffee!

I love this coffee maker. It has never given me any problems, and I have owned it since 2008. I host a lot of dinners, and I love that my friends can make a cup of fresh coffee through out the night. All my friends are unique just like all of the different flavors of coffee and tea. Buy it. You won't regret it.

Not the most reliable

This is a great machine, if it consistently worked. The first machine I bought lasted about a year and then died for unknown reasons. When I contacted the company I was basically told too bad you'll have to buy another one. Thinking that it was a model issues I upgraded to the special edition and a year and a half later I'm back in the same position. Despite descaling regularly and not having any water issues my Keurig died again. It stopped sucking water from the resevoir for some reason. Their 'technician' told me to dig out the needles with a tooth pick, brew and rebrew and still nothing! Now I am stuck with having to shell out MORE money on a new brewer. But I guess I should be lucky that I got it at a reduced rate right??!!! NO! There are obvious flaws in this machine that nobody seems to be trying to correct and to constantly have to shell out more money when it goes on the fritz is crazy. If I wasnt so coffee deprived I would have said forget it! When this one dies, which it inevitably will, I will not purchase another one.

Cons: Unreliable

Best Coffee Maker Ever

This is the best coffee maker that I have ever owned. I can have a nice hot cup of coffee at any point during the day. No more stale coffee in the pot. No more having to clean the coffee pot and those filter inserts that make it impossible to get completely clean. No more cold reheated coffee, because you don't want to waste what you have already made. This is for the person who wants a good hot cup of coffee at a moments notice. There are K-cup for everyone's taste and strength. If you go to a coffee shop at least 3 times per week it will pay for the price of a box of K-cups.

I Love this Coffee Maker

I love this machine, This is the fifth Keurig machine that I have purchased. One was for my husband, one for each of my three sons and one for a very good friend and her husband. It's the best gift to give to friends. My friends purchased one for their friends and their friends purchased one for their friends.

Can't get a full cup

I had my maker for a month and was working fine. Now I can't even get a full cup brewed even on the right setting. I have not found any solution to fix this problem

Leaking Brewer

I love my coffee brewer but I bought it only six months ago and two weeks ago it started leaking from underneath the machine, my mom is on her second machine sometime it doesn't brew enough or overflows, my sister is having trouble with her machine also the same as my moms. I love the machine and coffee but not worth replacing every six mths. what do we do?
