LOVE AND HATE

I just got my special edition keurig. The water canister states that it will hold eight cups of water, however, it doesn't. Maybe four or five normal size cups (which keurig classifies as large cups). The large size cup you would think was a travel mug size, if you want to fill a travel mug, you need to use the small and med. size cup size on the machine. I use longaberger mugs, and the large cup setting doesn't fill the mug completely. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DON'T MAKE A SUGAR FREE HOT CHOCOA.(HOPE THAT CHANGES AS MANY PEOPLE ARE DIABETIC). Now for the pros. it heats up fast and is very quiet. The pods are kinda high in price and so is the K cup. $17.00 for one cup. For what we pay for the maker and the pods you would think they would include one K cup with it and one filter. Keurig does have a ALOT of different flavors which is nice. I wish they would also let us make our own sample pack of five. That would be nice. And the pods are more exspensive online then in the stores. But overall,,i use my maker everyday about five or six times a day and we love it. Easy to use and even older kids can understand it.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Nothing but headaches

My husband and I bought this product on Valentines Day 2010 after a friend recommended one. After 6 months of use, the pump started going... wouldn't pump water, maybe got a 1/8 to 1/4 cup of coffee if we were lucky (this was after regularly descaling), until the pump completely burned out. Called Keurig in late November and they sent us a new one. After two weeks, it did the same thing. Called again, and they sent us a another new one. We received this on Christmas Eve, and right out of the box it gave us problems. We have to unplug for the first cup and now it drips to get very little coffee and forever to get that. Called customer service AGAIN (lost count as to how many calls I made over the month of December) and they are upgrading us to a Platinum. Will see if this works any better. This will be our 4th Keurig in 10 months. If this one doesn't work, we will be going to a different manufacturer.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Short life span
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love My Keurig

I purchased 2 of the B60 Special Edition Brewers. One for myself and my husband and the other for my dad and mom for Christmas. I've never been much of a coffee drinker, but I love the coffee brewed through this system and the varieties available. We have used it everyday since we received it. My brewer does not get the coffee hot enough, but my dad and mom's works well.

In love with my new keurig!! so much easier to use a k-cup than to brew a whole pot of coffee and toss it out. the variety of coffee is outstanding and it is all delicious! i havent been able to narrow it down to my favorites - there are so many! wonderful for get-togethers so everyone can choose what they want instead of just drinking the one kind! everyone loves it! i love my keurig!

I really wish I would have researched these more before purchasing the B70 model, I like bigger cups of coffee and the biggest I get is a regular size cup....but, I really like the multi choices of coffees, teas & hot choco...our whole family can use it, even Our children ages 11, 8 & 5....

love the simplicity of making coffee

love the easy way of making coffee now. No more waiting for a pot to get brewed if I forget to set up a pot the night before. Can have a cup within a minute of waking up. (would place it next to the bed but my wife would probably not like it there) Trying the various K-cups.
Pros: Stylish, Easy start up, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, No more cans to buy, Multiple Settings

I received this from my husband for Christmas and I can't wait to get up in the morning to use this machine!. I love flavored coffee and my husband does not so this is absolutely perfect. I will never have an ordinary coffee pot again. Best part-no cleaning and no filters!! Thanks for a great product. Don't hesitate to purchase.

I got it as a gift and its very easy to use. I'm loving it ,no more pot. And my job got one for us too. I recommend everyone to get one.
