Great Coffee Maker

We love our Keurig! We have had it since September, 2008. It was noisy at first. However, my husband used little tiny felt pads on the drip tray and the water storage. Just about anywhere the plastic or metal might touch. Amazing! plus, we have placed it on a pad so it is not directly on the counter. It is now as quiet as it can be. We have had no problems with cleaning. Actually there is nothing to it! It looks nice on the counter and friends and family love to use it. I have a frother and make our own specialty coffee's.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

I was amazed at the quality of the unit. I purchased mine at a "Club" for a little less than retail and got 60 cups free as well as a coffee adapter for non packaged coffee. A cup takes less than 30 seconds to brew, super deal.

Not good for use w/own grounds

Supplied coffees bitter, used my own grounds to exact directions and coffee came out too weak. It takes twice the grounds (own)to make half the coffee. Went on line to purchase "Coffee House" grounds and they are out of stock. This doesn't seem to be the coffee maker for me.
Pros: Stylish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick and easy!

Being the only coffee/tea drinker in the house, this is great! I'm no longer brewing pots just to toss out later. A year ago, I was very Anti-KEURIG thinking that it's so expensive (what an average of 50 cents a cup) compared to a pot! But then my husband bought it for my birthday and I've been hooked ever since.. I no longer go out to grab a hot or iced coffee (in reality saving around $2 a cup!) and have had several friends buy a brewer after seeing mine and hearing me rave about it.. This is my second brewer, my first after about 6 months just stopped working. It turned out it was the heating element but they sent me a new one right away. I was surprised at how much quieter my second one was compared to the first (both the special editions) but that just made me love it even more!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish

This brewer is the best!

I love this brewer! I use it every day-3 cups of coffee plus in the afternoon-tea. I de-scale it every 2 months with white distilled vinegar even if the de scale light does not come on. Actually I have never seen it come on. The first time I cleaned it was when I noticed I got a partial cup of coffee instead of a full one. Since then I routinely clean it and have had no problems. I always use filtered water from the refrigerator but the area I live in has hard water so cleaning it more frequently is necessary. My old auto drip was the same way with very obvious scaly deposits and bad coffee. I have owned the Keurig Special Edition for a year now and will replace this brewer if it breaks with a new one.

I love this Unit

I like it a lot. No big deal for me to unplug the unit overnight once a month, in order to reset the system. After several days of use, it just stops working.

I love my Keurig brewers---one at home and the mini at the office! I dislike coffee that has been sitting in a carafe for more than 10 minutes. Before I purchased the Keurigs, I was pouring out leftover coffee and wasting so much. Also, at work I was purchasing coffee at high-end coffee shops daily...very expensive habit. Now, I brew a delicious cup of fresh coffee anytime I want -- one cup at a time. Love Keurig!!!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love at first cup...

I just bought my B60 a couple days ago, so I can't really tell you how durable and long lasting it is. But so far I love it, I've already forgotten my old 12c coffee maker. It's super fast, smells amazing, and tastes just as good as any coffee shop's fresh brewed. I can't really complain about the price either (which is what made me hold off so long on investing in one ) at around .50 a cup, you can't really go wrong. My husband and I love trying all the different varieties and brands that are available as well.
