Machine Broke After Just Two Years

I have always maintained the unit and used the filter system and it still quit brewing after just one year. I had a Mister Coffee maker for over 10 years and it only cost $29.00.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this one for over a year. I have had no problems with it. The coffee is great. The machine is quiet and has multiple cup sizes to work with. I would definitely buy this coffee maker again.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast

Hardest issue I have is finding a place to store the Kcups...limited counter/cupboard space.

I love that this one has a filter for tap water. other wise it would get even more expensive to buy filtered water. yes, it is a little pricey, but they all are pricey... win some lose some.

Our first Keurig

We decided to try the Keurig after our 10+ year-old drip coffee maker died. My wife isn't a big coffee drinker but does like the variety of flavored versions. I work from home so being able to make a single cup when I want it, the way I want it, is a selling point. I like coffee and tea (hot or iced) so the new Keurig is sort of an experiment for us. Yes it is an expensive purchase compared to a drip coffee maker but the variety of drinks and speed of use is what sold us. I use Britta filtered water so I hope that helps to minimize mineral deposits in the unit. I will go through a cleaning cycle soon to see if anything develops. Hopefully this will be a good purchase for more than just a few years - so far we haven't regretted the decision.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great unit , works well

I use this at work in my office. I use it Mon-Fri. I have owned it for 3 years and it works every time. I do use Le Bleu water only so that may help. The coffee is always good and I still like trying new ones. It is NOISEY. The tank should be bigger. I wish it had a 12oz setting. I would recommend.

good idea - needs work

I am an everday coffee drinker - love the idea of the keurig but, it does not always perform well. Water level for a cup of coffee is less than for a cup of tea. Sometimes it doesn't draw the water from the reservior and makes loud noises. Can't find the vinegar to descale it.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, At Times Doesn't Work, Doesn't brew a full cup
