I can't seem to find the part I need. The rubber washer under the brew lid just around the puncture point keeps falling out. I can't seem to find it on any site.

Was mine defective? Brews weak coffee

My boyfriend and I are daily coffee drinkers. He had expressed interest in a Keurig, so I got this model as a Christmas Gift. We've been using our brewer for about two weeks now, and I am quite disappointed. Ever since day one, our brewer has delivered exceptionally weak coffee - I'm not exaggerating when I say it delivers "coffee flavored water". Even when using the smallest cup setting, what comes out is water with the slightest hint of brown. For how expensive this brewer is, you would expect it to brew AT LEAST a decent cup of coffee. This happens when using the standard K-Cups, as well as when we use the My K-Cup. No matter what cup size you choose, halfway through pouring, discolored hot water is all that's poured into the cup. I did some online research to see if anyone else has had this problem. Several people mentioned descaling, cleaning procedures, etc. However, may I remind you, we've only had our brewer for two weeks. It only gets used once or twice a day, so any exceptional build up shouldn't be happening. I did examine our brewer, and nothing was clogged. I am returning our brewer, and requesting a refund. Our $10 standard coffee pot that we got at the thrift store works exponentially superior to our Keurig. I am quite disappointed, as I have read SO many positive reviews. I'm not sure if our particular brewer is defective, or if weak "coffee" is just what you get from an instant brewer. Best of luck to those who purchase this brewer, may your coffee be stronger than ours was!

We have had this model for over 4 years. It works as well today as it did on day 1. We make between 8-12 cups per day, using only bottled water, in addition to changing the charcoal filter every 3 months. We use the prepared de scaling solution about once yearly, and have had absolutely no problems with the brewer. Our coffee is always fresh and delicious. We also have one at the office that we purchased about 3 1/2 years ago that has performed equally as well, and serves about 15 coffee drinkers with multiple cups each day. I love the ability to have a cup of hot coffee, tea, or cocoa in under a minute. My only criticism would be the price of K-cups, but we temper that by using the accessories that allow us to use ground coffee purchased in bulk. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because we have many family members and friends who use these brewers without problems. You have numerous unpaid marketers in our family! We highly recommend this brewing system.

I love my Keurig!

We bought our Keurig because we don't drink that much coffee and we were tired of throwing coffee down the drain. This machine has been perfect for us. We have had it for almost a year and it has been our dream machine. After reading some of the other comments, I hope it stays that way.

This is a perfect coffee maker. The settings, the lights, the cup choices can vary your flavor and strength level, you choose the amount water, customizes to your preference.
