Mine died after 11 months. After emailing and calling they are sending a replacement with one year warranty. I use it only once every other day or so but, always a good cup of coffee. Happy to learn I didn't have to buy another one after mine died. I researched different companies and read reviews that made me kringe. Many let water pass the outside of the k cups making weak coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Good Coffee, Warranty, Cost Effective
Cons: Bit of grounds in coffee, Mine died

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I have had a few Keurig Brewers in the last 4 years, They do make a great cup of coffee and I like the convenience of them but Keurig really needs to work on the reliability of the units. When my wife and I remodeled our kitchen in August we decided to upgrade our old B60 brewer to the B66 brewer with all the chrome accents to match the cherry cabinets and stainless appliances. Well it is now November and the pump died in it. I called Keurig and they said they would replace it due to pump failure, the new unit arrives and we received another B60. I called Keurig and they stated the B66 is no longer made so they sent me a B60. I asked why I was not upgraded to the next tier instead of downgraded, they stated it was not a downgrade and that was what I was to get. The customer service was so rude and unprofessional in this. All they kept saying is we will have someone call you back in 24-48 hours to discuss your options. This to me is unacceptable and to make matters worse I am still without a coffee maker. I wonder how good the Tassimo Brewer is?

We received our Ultimate B66 Keurig Brewer as a wedding gift and it has been one of our favorite and most used gifts, by far. Unfortunately, after using it nearly every morning for the past 11 months, the brewer would not power-on. We tried finding a troubleshooting solution in the manual and online, but had no luck. [...]

I am a military officer stationed in Kabul Afghanistan, I just wanted to say that the Keurig coffee maker we have here is awesome! I'm stationed with a HQs unit and we work very long hours, typically around 16 hours a day, seven days a week and the Keurig is the thing that keeps us going. To say it gets a lot of use would be a dramatic understatement. The fact that all the guys (and girls) out here can brew a cup of coffee or tea to their owe taste on demand makes the Keurig in our section the envy of the HQ. I have been here for 3 months and the Keurig has more time on station then I do…and it has only given us a problem once. The water flow valve got clogged…it was easily fixed using a can of compressed air (the kind typically used for cleaning keyboards) sprayed directing at the valve tip. The Keurig was back to making great coffee in a matter of seconds. Bottomline…this is a great product and I would definitely recommend it!

We don't have large groups of people to serve at home very often. So, it is perfect for my wife and I. However, a few pluses for large groups is that it allows for individual preference in every cup, and we never have to worry about making a "fresh pot." So, it is all a matter of perspective. At $.40 to $.50 cents per cup it may not be the best option for a dinner party if cost is a consideration. Then again, there is no waste, or clean-up! The only negative that I have found is that there aren't enough of the variety samplers out there, yet. I believe having a "Pick your own variety sampler" of the K-cups would be a great way for them to sell more of them. Allowing for customers to pick two K-cups of mixed varieties for a total of 18 to 30 at one time would be nice. That would allow me to test more varieties! At least make more combination mixed variety packs with two of each for sampling. If something isn't good in one of the ones we've purchased, it just goes to waste. So, I am reluctant to buy whole packs, just to experiment. I am glad they have Folgers varieties now! Those has quickly become one of my very favorites.
Pros: Time Saver, Variety, Always Fresh, value, Quality, Easy clean-up, Options, Savings

I bought my B66 in May after using other Keurig machines and have even taken it on vacation with me. I only experienced one glitch due to bubbles in the water not allowing the machine to fill. Once the bubbles were gone all was well. I read some of the negatives and think most are sour grapes. The machine is expensive when compared to a lot of brewers out there, but can't be beat for convenience, ease of use and great coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy To Maintain, Reliable so far, Great machine and coffee
Cons: none

Keurig a hit with guests at Inn

I placed a Keurig B60 in the Lobby of our 12 room Inn and our guests LOVE it!!! They can have a fresh cup of coffee, cider, hot chocolate, tea or iced beverage any time they want it and there's no clean up! At least 4 of my guests have decided to buy their own machine as a result of having tried mine. Since I've only had the coffee maker for a couple of months, I'm sure there are more to come! I think I should get a commission ~ or at least free K-cups! Even my husband STARTED drinking coffee and he is 56 (had NEVER drank coffee in his life before)!
