I love my machine!! I've had this for almost a year now and it's great!! We even have a mini unit that we keep in our camping supplies!
Pros: No wasting coffee, Always fresh hot, Easy to clean

Please save your money and do not purchase this product! I bought one as a gift for my daughter in college in August. She had to have it replaced in September due to the fact that brewer consistently told her there was not in enough water even though tank was always full. My daughter also complained of the flavor - there is none. Shortly after I bought this product, and before hearing other complaints, my husband bought a Keurig for me. In every type of K-cup brewed, there was no flavor. In fact, each cup tasted like warm water. I have also tried regular coffee grounds using Keurig's reusable coffee filter and, again, no flavor, on top of the spewing coffee while brewing from the filter. You should also be aware that every time I brewed a cup, the amount was inconsistent even though I selected the middle-sized cup each time. I wish I could get my money back for the two purchases.
Cons: Not hot enough, Faulty brewing, Inconsistent cup amount, No FLavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received as a gift and was excited to have until I found the coffee is not hot enough and it only works well with the K cup packets; if you use the separate filter for your own ground coffee it leaks immensely.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Leaks, Not hot enough
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee maker; too much waste

DH and I use the machine every day and love it's convenience. The reservoir position is ideal and easy to remove and refill. I like that you need only open and reset without moving the K-cup to run water through again. We use it's auto on and auto off feature which is great for early mornings. We love that it is so fast so we can get a cup of coffee right before we run out the door if we want. My only problem with this system is the K-cups. They are not recyclable or biodegradable. DH won't buy me a My K-Cup because he says it defeats the purpose of the no mess no fuss system :(. My challenge to you, Keurig, is to keep working on better packaging for your K-cups. I love mine and enjoy trying all the coffees and other k-cups.. my only complaint is that the machine seems to get hot when staying lit. i just turn mine on and off on each use only takes a few minutes to warm up and 30 sec to brew. I love the easy clean up of k-cups. Also most stores now carry k-cups and just stock up on sale weeks. love it!!!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I love my Keurig and always recommend them to all my freinds. They are so handy and easy. No left over coffee or tea and no pot to clean.
