Great most of the time

I'm the only coffee drinker in the house, so single serving brewer was the way to go. My Keurig was a Christmas gift last year (2009). It works great most of the time, but sometimes the first cup is super slow to get going then it brews only about an ounce of coffee maybe two.
Pros: Single serving-no waste, Variety
Cons: Tempermental machine
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you have an issue complain right away before the warranty expires. It took me 3 machines before I got one that spit out the right amount of water. It also is having a hard time sucking up water to heat for the next cup and shuts itself off while trying.
Pros: Fast hot coffee, Awesome fresh coffee
Cons: Doesn't take in water, Shuts itself off, Inconsistent cup amounts

I love my Keurig and I wouldn't trade it for any other coffee brewer! It's fast and easy to use. It is very important to use the Keurig filter system or filtered water with it to avoid having to descale often. This past week my first one started to malfunction after 9 months of use. I followed the manual and after descaling twice and using a paper clip to unclog the needles, it was still acting up and only filling a partial cup. [...]
Pros: Easy, Large variety of coffee, Convenient
Cons: Needs filtered water

I really liked this coffee maker, but after it died in 8 months I can't logically spend more money for another one made by this company, now I have to find a different brand that works as good and hopefully lasts longer. I own a business and would be embarrassed if this was my product,[...]
Pros: Quick, Easy to use
Cons: Some grounds in coffee, Expensive, Keurigs 6 month warranty, Died after 8 Months

In reading other reviews, mfgr. is aware that this stops after 100 cips or so. No resolution. No instructions for home repair. No trouble shooting guide.
Pros: Do not purchase
Cons: Stops after less than 100
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the coffee maker but it has some glitches. Sometimes it will not brew coffee, then the next time it will dispense twice as much water. The inconsistency and ruined k-cups can be frustrating. For the cost, I would expect a more reliable product.
Pros: Easy
Cons: Inconsistent
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this brewer

I am the only coffee drinker in the household, so this was perfect. I hated having to brew a whole pot of coffee just for myself. And another advantage, you don't just have to brew coffee. You can make tea, hot chocolate, or just hot water if you want to use your own teabags. I don't know how I make it without this!
Pros: Timer, Adjustable heat settings, Mult cup size selections, Coffee tea cocoa, Auto Shut Off, Large water capacity
I would recommend this to a friend!

A good home brewer

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. We've used it to make coffee, tea and iced tea, very impressed with all of the cups made! Set-up was very easy and the reservoir holds plenty of water for our needs and even the occasional guest. The one downside to this model is the programmable feature... it's really just a power-save option. Not terrible, but paying extra for it to turn itself on and off seems a bit unnecessary. It takes less than five minutes to warm up, so unless you're INCREDIBLY short on time it isn't an essential feature. Turning it off is as simple as pushing a button when you're done. I'm far from unhappy with the purchase, just didn't recognize the "programmable" feature for what it was before I purchased it.
