Excellent coffee maker

I'm not an avid coffee drinker but my husband is. I bought it for him for Christmas in '09 and I ended up using more than he did at first! I love that the K-cups come in tea and iced coffee as well. Great product!
Pros: Easy to use, Quick Brew, No mess brew
Cons: Cup sizes small still

LED Went Bad - Again

My first Keurig Special Edition died a year after I got it. The LED screen went crazy, and I could not brew any beverages. Customer service sent me a brand new Keurig Special Edition. I was happy to get a replacement, but sad that my old brewer went to the landfill.Two years later, my LED has gone blank. It still makes beverages, but for how long? The brewer is in end times. It is out of warranty too.I really enjoyed the convenience of the Keurig. I like not having a mess to clean up and that I don't have to remember the magic amount of coffee to use. The work is done for me.I hope customer support will do something for me. Either way, I will probably buy the Mini brewer. It has no LED. Maybe it will do a better job for me.
Pros: Convenient, Fast
Cons: LED Not Durable

Very Disappointing!!

I have been thru 2 since last christmas. When they work they are the best!! Unfortunately they don't work well for long. Trying to get help from customer service is, to say the least, frustrating. It's not like they are cheap!! I'm a 4-5 cup a day coffee drinker, by the time I buy the K-cups it's an expensive habit!! I'm going back to my Mr. Coffee, I refuse to buy another at almost $200.00 my husband will kill me!!

We love this coffeemaker! We had bought one for Christmas 2009. Had it for 7 months and it went out Called Keurig and they replaced it. The replacement went out and they sent another. This one is the best. No problem so far. This company has a great customer service department bar none. We know sometimes that duds happen even to great companies like Keurig. (just check out the automakers, I mean really) WE will always have a Keurig maker. I am checking out the other Keurig coffemakers now and will buy one for a family member as a gift.

Coffee now tastes perfect!

We recently bought our Keurig and I must say every coffee and tea I have sampled has been perfect! I finally have a coffee maker that provides the most delicious brew. We have owned many expensive machines through the years looking for a smooth, non-bitter taste and I can finally say we have found it! I really dislike "old" coffee and now I have fresh coffee every time. What a delight this purchase was! My husband loves that he can even have hot chocolate with this machine.
Pros: Delightful, Versatile, Perfect Full-flavored

Best Coffee Makers Ever

I have the B60 and B70. I also have a B30 Mini for traveling. It's awesome! It's lightweight, has its own Keurig Tote, and is great for hotel rooms. Its clean and you can bring all your favorite flavors. I LOVE ALL the machines and I've tried so many coffee flavors I can't count. No wasted coffee. No outrageous prices for iced lattes at "other" coffee shops. You can have your favorite coffee, tea, and cocoa (hot or iced) at ANY time of day and MAKE IT AT HOME. I even use it to get hot water for hot cereal, tea bags, etc. There is no cleaning of pots and built up "black stuff" in the water reserve. Minimal care a real plus. Run some water w/out pods to keep needles clear of grounds and de-scale machine according to how much you use it. Also, ALWAYS use filtered water. I use double filtered. The "**" filter on my faucet and then into a "**" filtered jug. The brewer also has its own filter, so I guess I triple filter it-(maybe a tad overboard, but my brewers love it.) My only concern are the pods. They should make them bio-degradable (if they haven't already). I'm a pretty "GREEN" person which makes me sort of a hypocrite because I use sooo many pods. I have at least 40 boxes of different flavors and I keep about 4 boxes of each of our favorites on hand at all times. My family thinks I'm insane, but I always have what they want on hand. It averages about 35 cents a cup (club deals, coupons, etc). Can't beat that! Ive read other reviews about the brewers breaking down. Mine can be quirky sometimes too. If it just makes the noise to brew, but no water comes out, it usually means an air bubble and just a small tap on the side will get it going again. Ive had the B60 machine for 1 1/2 yrs and it runs almost all day and night. So... maybe it needs a little push now and then, but it always works just fine. I may sound like an obsessed coffee nut...I am and my family depends on it. The system and number of coffee flavors are completely AWESOME! My only pet peeve is having to wait for the "seasonal" coffees when I run out. I LOVE French Toast and ALL the holiday flavors but I have to wait for the winter season. Same goes for the other 3 seasons. I have to stock up. On a last note, if your machine DOES break down, the Keurig people are awesome and will replace it with a brand new one (not refurbished) as long as you registered your brewer and it is still warrantied. BUY ONE and HAVE FUN trying all the flavors!

Cons: Pods not bio-degradble, Brewer sometimes quirky

When using the filter unit you get a cup of coffee that's half water and half coffee. The pressure switch that seems like it set too low. It pumps and stops and for a 10 oz setting you get 6 oz of coffee. Then it times out. Going back to the store.
Pros: Does make a good k-cup
Cons: Leaks water when use own
