LOVE IT!!!

I so love this machine. We have one at home and we have one in our office so that we can offer our customers a nice fresh hot cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. It has been a great for that personal touch with our customers. We have a number of offices together and one is geared towards seniors and they too have enjoyed the ease of making a cup while they wait for their appointments! Online tonight to buy machines for both my parents and in-laws!! Once you own one you will never go back to a regular coffee pot again!!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great Coffee Maker

Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Great coffee, Durable, No Mess, Stylish

great when worked sorry customer service

I bought the Keurig coffee maker for myself because I am the only one in the family who drinks coffee. I probably drank coffee at the most three times a week. I followed all directions on how to clean and keep it. After I moved, it worked twice and then instead of pumping water through the K cups it started dumping it back into the reservoir and even then it was not the full amount of water. I called customer service and got a gentleman telling me how sorry he was but he did not know how to fix that I would have to call back within certain hours. I explained as a school teacher I would never be able to talk to them. He said he would call. They called and told me I was tough out of luck because I had had the brewer for 18 months. When I spend that kind of money I expect quality and good customer service and more than I can't help you. The brewer is great but you cant guarantee how long it will work and when it does mess up customer service isn't going to help.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Only lasted 18 Months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best coffeemaker I have EVER owned!

My family uses the Keurig Special Edition every day--several times a day. We have owned this model for almost 4 years, that's right, 4 years! It is by far the longest owned coffeemaker we have ever purchased. I can't say enough good things about the Keurig coffee machine line--we love everything about it (except our model is loud). We have never had one problem with this model.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings

The best coffee maker ever!

We bought our new Keurig yesterday at [...]! It's the best coffee maker ever!Easy to use, and lots of choices of coffee. My husband always complained that coffee was not hot enough when I made it at home, and for that reason her preferred coffee at McDonald's. But now he's happy! I'm happy too, because now I don't have to wash a carafe or a filter basket. I can have a hot cup of delicious coffee anytime!The only thing gave me a little trouble (very little) was cleaning out the MyK-cup, but that's such a little thing and I don't mind :)I think I'll go brew myself some right now.....

I have been wanting to purchase a Keurig for several months and finally picked one up a few days ago. I love it! I drink coffee nearly every morning and hate brewing coffee because I'm the only coffee drinker in my home. I usually end up getting coffee at a fast food restaurant or coffee shop... which gets expensive and inconvenient. This is great because I get a perfect cup at home. My daughter also loves it for the hot cocoa. I'm sampling all the different coffees to find a favorite.

My wife and I both drink coffee all day long and the B60 has been great so far.It gets a little loud at the start but quite after it gets going.My wife wants a strength setting,she likes her coffee mild.Sure hope I don't encounter any of the problems others have here!

Cons: Noisy at start-up, Needs strength setting
