Lifelong Coffee Drinker Loves It

I've always admired the Keurig system. I kept intending to get one, but thought the pod price was too high. After doing extensive research, the price equals that of other machines. This Keurig is definitely worth the money. The selections of coffees to be used with the K-Cup are endless.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

I received my Keurig brewer as a gift. We never really thought of buying one. We absolutely love it! After 13 months of using my brewer decided it didn't want to make a cup of coffee one night. We were lost without it! I called customer service the next morning and a nice lady told me after describing the symptons to her, the heating element went out. I was going to go out and buy a new Keurig that day. I didn't think my husband could make it through the day without his coffee! I had registered it on-line when we received it. Keurig had all my information. Even though it was a month past the warranty they sent me a brand new Keurig brewer free with a new one year warranty. Now that is what I call a good company and great customer service! We used our old fashioned coffee maker for four days and barely drank coffee it just wasn't as good. My husband and I are retired so we like to have a cup of coffee whenever we want. Always hot and always good and ready in a minute. We do not waste a drop. We used to pour out a half a pot a day so I don't see that it is more expensive to have a good cup of coffee at home. I really don't understand why some of the reviews have less than five stars. The brewers all have a one year warranty and Keurig stands behind it's product so a simple phone call would have got them a new brewer instead of putting up a bad review. We would give it hundred stars if that option was available. We are Keurig lover's for life!!!

You have so many different coffee and tea options. It brews quickly and there is no waste.

Don't even bother with this machine

I have had this machine for about 18 months. After 9 months, I started getting just a "partial cup" less than half of my cup. I have followed the descaling and needle cleaning process as the manufacturer recommended but to no avail. So, then I called customer service as recommended by a Keurig representative. No resolution. I was offered a replacement machine at a discount. Needless to say, I declined the offer. What a waste of my money. However, it is stylish looking on my kitchen counter.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig K65 Special Edition Brewing Syste

This is the 2nd Keurgig System we have owned. The first one is still going strong even after 2 years of use. We gave it to our daughter and she loves it. We have now had this Special Edition model for about 3 months and absolutely love it. We would highly recommend it.

4 Years of Wonderful Coffee!

We have used our K65 for FOUR YEARS, and never have had a problem with it. I use filtered water to fill the reservoir....mostly because I drink filtered water! But the upshot of it is that I have never had to "descale" it. We have taken it with us twice on vacation and all of our "drop in guests" have enjoyed getting the coffee they want! I am buying a second one today for our new vacation house. I anticipate it getting a lot of usage.
