Very dissapointing

I've had four brewers in one year and they all quit working within two weeks.Received my first one for my birthday on Sept. of 2011. Trying to get the problem resolved.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am really upset with this coffee maker. I love the coffee I get from it but as time goes by the amount of water decreases in each cup size. I have descaled it, washed it, cleaned every inch of it, the needles and everything I am suppose to do but nothing improves. This is my second coffee maker from Keurig. They were kind enough to send me a new coffee maker after the first one did the same thing after having it a year. It seems odd that after a year this should be happening again. I am frustrated because otherwise I love this coffee maker and it has been the BEST Coffee Maker and Home Brewed Coffee I have EVER gotten. But I hate having to go through this every year. I would not get the same coffee maker I have now again. I want to try the new Vue and see how that works.
Pros: Fast, Makes Good Coffee, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Cup Amounts Decrease, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Excellent Choice

Bought this unit for my wife, she loves it, and, so do I. Makes great coffee and Hot Coco. We have purchased the reusable basket which allows the use of your favorite off the shelf coffee. The only con is that it is a little noisy, but nothing that takes a lot of getting use to. Excellent buy!!
Pros: Durable, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

Failed brewer will not turn on

I used this brewer daily for just over 2 years. A couple of months ago it began to leak from time to time. Last week it failed to turn on for my morning cup. I did talk with the help line, however I was informed the unit can not be repaired and was out of warrenty. I was offered a discount on a replacement but will most likely not buy another to replace this unit. Very dissapointed that a relatively expensive brewer can not be serviced.

Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Three model B60's in 6 years

Three defective B60's in six years. All three started leaking from the bottom housing, not the reservoir. Only two years of use per coffee maker, very sad. I'm done with Kuerig!
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value

I bought my Keurig back in 2005 and it is just now needing to be replaced 8 yrs later..I use to go through coffee makers every 6 months..but my Keurig outlast all by far...getting ready to purchace my second.I love my Keurig

I received this brewer as a gift for my birthday.My Keurig is awesome, I use it every day multiple times. It is quick and efficient and makes a delicious cup of coffee.I like the warranty also.The pin in the K-Cup holder broke with use, and I called Keurig and they are sending out a new one. I love, love, love my Keurig and wonder why I waited so long.

Cons: None so far

I have had a Keurig for about 4 years-one of the first ones for home and I thought it was great. However, when I got this one home I was so excited, it can be set it to come on in the morning before I make it to the kitchen so no waiting!! This is good when your not a morning person. Like that it has a clock and 3 cup sizes. Same quality coffee with better and more features. THANKS!!
