I can finally make a good cup of coffee

son talked me into buying a B60.I Was hesitant after reading reveiws about noisy-didn't fill cups,etc.Most problems could be solved be READING the owners' manual.Machine is quick,makes good coffee & looks good.What more can You ask for?I am happy with my B60.

I have loved this machine. I previously had the Krups KM7000 that broke after 3 months. I decided to accept it, chalk it up to experience and consider it a very expensive lesson. To be honest, the Krups made the best coffee I have ever had but the customer service was non existent for such an expensive product. I bought the Keurig and have loved the ease of it.The coffee is consistent and yummy. I bought the Keurig special edition on 3-20-10 and today it will not brew. Troubleshooting didn't help. We use it to brew 2-3 cups a day. I can return it to the store in which I purchased it and get another one but I don't like that it broke so soon. Hopefully, it was a one time thing!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Broke after 4 months

Forget about choosing this Brewer...stay

I have gone through 3...count them 3 brewers in 1 year. All have been sent back to Keurig with the same defect...partial brews. Systems works fine for a couple of weeks, then, the water intake pump goes kaput and water pours back into the reservoir during brews causing partial brews. Keurig, to their credit, sent replacement brewers to me every time, but 3 times is enough. Stay away from this model and either downgrade or upgrade...
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Partial Brews always, Fragile

Took it back

So I had this model for five months and in that time I took it back three times [...]Like everyone else, LOVE the coffee, love how fast it makes coffee, love that it can make it HOT...but the pump just wouldn't cooperate for me. Tried descaling, changing outlets...everything. Yes, I bought another model. Hopefully Keurig has fixed the model I currently bought.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Kept breaking

I have had this brewer for 8 months now and it works great! I have not had any of the complications I have read about. I do run water through the k-cup holder once a week (just as if I had a k-cup in the machine), so many that keeps the lines open and clean? Every cup is like the first cup of the pot! I have enjoyed this brewer so much that I have recommended it to family and co-workers, who have purchased my exact model (Special Edition). So far, knock on wood, none of us has had any problems. I tell all of them to rinse it once a week too. It is so esy to use, heats up so fact, and clean up is a breeze! Simply toss the k-cup in the trash! What could be better! The different k-cup varieties are wonderful. There is a flavor for every palate. The flavored k-cups are my personal favorite and they are the best cups of coffee I have ever had. The decaf varities by Green Mountain are the ones I drink in the evening. They must truly be decaf, because I have no problem sleeping.

Received this machine as a gift a few months ago. I'm not a big coffee drinker,but loved the convenience of the machine. Out of the blue,the machine stopped working,it is stucked on Not Ready. My schedule is way to busy to sit on the phone for hours waiting on CS.Really Disappointed.

The Perfect Coffee Maker

After observing one of my fellow commarades use the Keurig Model B60 in Afghanistan and seeing the ease of use and convienance without the hassle and mess I knew I had to have one. The same day I got home on my R & R leave I went and purchased one. I am totally amazed at the convienance, ease of use, no hassle and no mess, freshness, and quickness. You just add water and within 1 minute you have a freshly made single cup serving. Unlike coffee pots where the taste of coffee goes bitter and unused coffee goes to waste; this amazing product eliminates that with single servings. I love my Keurig B60!
