Love Keurig Customer Service!!

Got ours for Christmas, started having problems after about 5 months - stuck on "brewing", same cup size regardless of selection...called customer service, they had me do what the manual says, it didn't fix it so they are sending me a new one...nice and easy!! Appreciate their willingness to listen to the problems, troubleshoot, and solve.
Pros: Easy to use

We've had our Elite for almost three years. We use the My K-Cup and have loved the brewer until the last few months. The water will not completely brew through the K-Cup. This results in an unpleasant tasting cup of coffee. When you open the K-Cup compartment to remove the My-K cup, the residual water pours out the bottom of the k-cup holder. The machine has been descaled properly, but the descale notification stays on constantly, now. I have descaled it three times in one week and I still get the descale message. For the money, I expected this machine to last a lot longer. Don't know if I will buy this again.

Best coffee maker ever had - owned this model for 6 months and am now going to purchase smaller Kuerig for the trailer.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

Expensive brewer with short term life

Bought this machine for my wife for our anniversary in January of 2010 as she is a coffeeholic. She loved the machine with it's capability of making so many different flavored coffees, something she really enjoys. It ran great until today, it sounds like the pump has given out and will not pump water any longer. Used filtered water in it since new. A lot of money to spend on a brewer that lasted only 7 months.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One Size Only

Bought it Friday, tried it Saturday (yesterday) thought I was doing something wrong, even though I own the mini and have had no problems. Nope, it just makes the small size cup of coffee no matter what button you push. The whole reason I bought it was for the larger cup size options. It is a bit noisy some of that is the tray and metal attachment vibrating, even with the cup sitting on them. Going to call customer service and/or return it. I can get small cups from my mini without the extra cost.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this for my fiancé and it was the best purchase I have ever made, I am not sure how we lived without it before now! I think that we will never own any other kind of brewer!
Pros: Durable, Accommodates a busy life, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
