Best Coffee Maker Ever!

My boss got tired of my co worker and I leaving work every morning to run to the coffee shop and pick up a latte to get us going. To solve this problem, for Christmas he bought us a Keurig and I wouldn't think of wasting my time and money at starbucks again. The coffee is delicious, and the teas are brewed perfectly too (great selection, LOVE the iced tea). It's easy to use and clean... so far we've gone 6 months with multiple daily uses and it's still going strong. Even my husband, who is not a coffee drinker, said they put one in at his work and even he loved it! Now we want one for home too! Great stuff- even just to get hot water for cooking too! I highly recommend this product.

CUP SIZE IRREGULARITIES

I received this coffee maker as a gift from my husband, after experiencing my sister's brewer. However, mine has not ever been consistant with the "mug" sizes. I am always trying to get the 9.25 oz.. and it "might" give me 9 oz. maybe 1 out of 6 times. It usually gives me roughly 8 oz., which is a big deal when you are always expecting that 9.25 oz morning cup. Grrrrr! And "yes", I have de-scaled, vinagered, and what not, just as directed in the Keurig instructions. Has not helped yet. Other than that.....love it!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Bought the Breville for the office almost a year ago...love it and always get compliments on it! Bought the Home Special several months ago...sits on nightstand by the bed. I don't even have to set my feet on the floor before coffee! Now I give them out as gifts and receive nothing but the best of appreciation!

PROVES GREAT OVER TIME

Have had this brewer for a couple of years. It came out of box working, still is. I accidentally dropped and broke reservoir, Keurig replaced at no charge. At first I did not appreciate the cost of a fill until I considered the added cost of wasted coffee with our regular brewer, the cost of similar cup of coffee at coffee house and the continuity of every cup full being the same quality, each and every time. This winter I purchased the small model for our motor home. Now I may purchase another for the sail boat. Summary: I understand some of the newer versions offer more cup sizes and water temperature selections. While it is always possible to get a bad brewer from anyone, I have confidence in Keurig. Good job guys and gals -- Excellent job!

Best machine coffee we have ever had. Only coffee we make, UNTIL. After about 5months, it stopped working. Lights blinked, sounds emanated, no water. WORSE, no troubleshooting guide, not even on-line. We moved, and gave away our old, dependable coffeemaker. Keurig was a housewarming gift. Now back to "Instant". How hard is it to include a troubleshooting guide on your website? Don't get a Keurig as your only coffeemaker. You will love it until it breaks.

hoping the third times the charm

bought the first machine 3 months ago..worked great then all of a sudden stopped dispensing water and would turn off and on..replaced with another one that worked great for a week then did the same as the first one..now replaced with a third and got the smaller machine to see if there is a difference..so far so good..i love the coffee and tea but hate the issues with the machines..i also have a tassimo that i've had for way over a year that's never failed me but they lack good tea and coffee choices

I've had two Keurig brewers

I am on my second brewer and I love the coffee. I have had problems with the brewers breaking. I don't think they are durable but I love the one cup at a time concept so much I have put up with the brewers acting up. I will say that customer service was so unhelpful that I just went and bought another one. They are expensive and I think I have bought my last one. When the one I have now dies I will not replace it.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes, Fragile

It started strong but after a few months of use, it began acting up. Randomly shuts off in the middle of a bew, doesn't give a full cup of coffee.
