This is the best coffee and tea machine we have ever used.. We take in our motorhome when traveling and use it at home. Once in a while it only brews half a cup but it is worth it to try again... We use our own coffee most of the time instead of the k-cups. Can't wait to buy the new ice tea in the k-cups. This coffee maker is perfect for 2 people.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I use the product at home and at work in my two offices. No grounds to dispose of, remove the K-Cup and discard. No Filters to purchase. Ease of storage. Each member of the team can purchase their own brand of K-Cups.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Great for Office or Home, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

A MUST HAVE FOR COFFEE LOVERS!

My first experience with this amazing machine was at the BMW dealership while I was waiting for my car. Of course that was the commercial size, etc. When the home version came out I was thrilled! I love, love, love it!! My friends, family, even grandchildren (hot chocolate!) all love using our machine. I've purchased several as gifts! IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE..GET ONE TODAY!! WONDERFUL!!

I was never a coffee fan before. I could never make a decent cup of coffee, even in the simplest of systems. The only time I drank coffee was at work (where we had a keurig brewer) or occasionally when my husband made a pot (but I don't care for the same coffee as he does). We thought the price was a bit high when we bought it, but when we calculated the waste of coffee that sat too long and got dumped down the drain, we figured it would end up paying for itself. Which, of course, it did. We've had it over a year and a half, and now coffee is a daily part of my life. I can have a cup of coffee whenever I like, in the flavor I like. My husband can do the same, so we can drink coffee together and both be happy with our brews. I highly recommend a keurig brewer (whichever model best suits your needs) to anyone and everyone.

Great Coffee, Less Than Great Machine

My wife and I bought this machine soon after I tried a cup brewed with my parents' new Keurig. Well, shortly after we got ours, my parents' failed. It was replaced without question [...] - but then ours began to act up. The symptoms have been brewing half a cup, shutting itself off after brewing half a cup. [...] We live on the left coast of Canada, so the quality of the water isn't an issue.On the other side of the coin - the machine does brew fantastic coffee when it decides to work properly.
