Disappointed with system

My husband purchased this as a Christmas gift for me. He had tried it at the hospital while I was having surgery. I like the idea of a single cup of coffee seeing as he doesn't drink it often. The big problem is the temperature. It is set for 192 degrees but it's lukewarm when I drink it. I use cream and all I put in it is a small drop. Otherwise, it would be cold. I know it hurts my husband's feelings. He thought he did something great. One week of use and what a disappointment to us. I contacted the Keurig and no one has returned my call.
Cons: Disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got mine for Christmas. And I love it, don't know how I went so long without one.
Pros: Perfect temp, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast, Convenient

This thing is wonderful! It got to the point that I was going to a coffee shop every day because I was having trouble getting a cup of coffee to taste right when brewing partial pots in my standard coffee maker. There's a wide variety of k-cups available to keep us happy. It's also nice for us because my husband can't stand flavored coffee at all, while I like it every now and then. Different members of or household drink decaf or weaker flavored coffee and we're able to accommodate that very simply. It's great every time.

I love this brewer. I've been wanting one for awhile and it was a Christmas gift 2010.

I got it as a gift and its very easy to use. I'm loving it ,no more pot. And my job got one for us too. I recommend everyone to get one.

Do you LOVE coffee?

i drink alot of coffee and my wife hates the house smelling like it every time i brew a pot. This is awesome because i can make single cups of any flavor i want, and i can make as many plain cups with the filter basket (seperate purchase), and the house doesnt smell. It isnt the way to go if you like ALOT of coffee all the time because it isnt cheap. But this isnt designed to drink 2 pots a day, its the concept of your own coffee shop at home that is FUN. 4 STARS only because of the price of Kcups.

Cons: Pricey

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Just got the machine for XMas. Was a little worried about the "plastic" taste i read about and others who said the machine only brews half a cup. But my very first brew tasted amazing! I even used a french roast from my free variety pack, because I normally don't like french roast, but it was great! Turns out I just don't like gas station french roast. ha! My only complaint would be the cup sizes are really small for me. The smallest setting is a mere 5.25 ounces, medium is 7.25 and large is 9.25. Large just about fills up a normal sized coffee mug, where small and medium barely fill up half of it. I guess Keurig thinks people like drinking 7 ounces off coffee... That's why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I think I accidently posted this under the elite customer reviews. whoops!

I'm a one cup a day kinda girl. So I thought the k-cups would be great for me. And so far they are. Only one problem, I now drink 3 to 4 cups a day. It's so easy to make one cup and go. And the selection is better than going to a coffee shop. And the Gloria Jean's coffe, YUMMY!!!!!!!
