Good product but keeps on shutting off.

I like the fact that I could brew single cup coffee without wasting any coffee. The only problem with this machine is that the brewer has shut down on me three times within a month and it is becoming an annoyance. If not for this problem, I would recommend this product. Needs to improve the brewing problem. *Customer service is readily accessible.*
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Since I live alone I was never a fan of making a full pot of coffee. This allowed me to create a single cup when I wanted with ease....I highly recommend this brewer

Love the coffee pot .. I had a problem with this pot it kept turning off and was not giving me the right ounces of coffee, I called customer service and they were great.. would buy again !!

I use filtered water from my fridge resulting in less need for the vinegar cycles. Worth the initial cost because I no longer throw coffee away in order to make a fresh pot. Need a cup of hot water instantly? My Keurig has it in less time than a microwave. Words about my Keurig...I love MY Keurig!

We bought this brewer 3 years ago and brew at least 1 cup of coffee a day. It hasn't had any problems until recently. It started saying de-scale a few months ago (which it had never said before) so I found out you are supposed to run vinegar through it to clean it out. I did that, but now it says descale every couple of weeks. Sometimes it only brews a half a cup of coffee and is acting kind of weird so I think it's on it's way out. I guess 3 years is pretty good though so I'll be happy as long as our next brewer lasts that long. It's been great the last few years and I love how easy it is and there's no clean up afterwards.

Cons: Fragile

Waiting for yet another brewer...

My kids bought me my first Keurig for my birthday in February. It was wonderful...for the first 2 weeks. I loved the ease of using it, and the coffee selections were perfect. Then, a few weeks later, it just stopped working. It was making a noise like it would brew, but I waited and waited and nothing came out. I called Customer Service and they were so helpful. I received a brand new brewer in just a few days. That brewer worked for a few weeks, and the same issues have come up. I called customer service this time and was told that it was so soon to be getting another replacement. What? The [*] thing just did not work.Finally, after many frustrating phone calls, my 2nd replacement brewer is on the way.I just want my coffee in the morning.

Received as gift. Seemed novel, but we grew to like it. Then it stopped producing full cups (all settings produce half cups now). Cleaned it per instructions (both paper clip and descaling)- no obvious improvement. Have not called customer service, yet. Just went back to my old reliable Mr. Coffee Smart Brew (no issues for years and more economical). Would return the unit in a heartbeat if I still had the box and a gift receipt.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my coffee maker. Purchasing one for my mother now. She came to visit and used my coffe maker and she commented how she felt like she was at a hotel!
