Terrible Quality!!

I was turned on to Keurig from my last job, we had one there, it was the big commercial deal, really good quality and great coffee. So my husband got me one for my birthday, the B60. It was fantastic... at first. Then it began to brew 1/2 the cup, it wouldn't brew more than 2 cups in a row and now it leaks from the k-cup dispenser. I called customer service, they were very friendly but i'm not satisfied. First, I have not used this machien often, i've had it for almost 3 years, didn't use it much because we had one at work and it was cheaper to get coffee at work, then i became pregnant and didn't use it for 11 months (nursing) - - i have just began to use it again and it is just a headache. Then, they say that this is just odd that it is leaking in that way - - - i googled this issue and it is a common issue from what i have seen on blogs. Customer service says that my machine is out of warranty, all they can do is offer me $40 off - - - i got this machine when it first came out and it was close to $200. Keep your $40 keurig, i won't be buying another one of your brand. I'm looking into a pod machine these days - - thanks anyway!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON KEURIG

This machine is wonderful. Contacted company for product the day I purchased it ... had accessories in a couple days ... coffee in a couple more. It is a bit difficult to use the my-cup ... but makes great coffee.
Pros: Coffee taste, Styling, price, Ease of use
Cons: My cup is a bit difficult

Love my new Christmas present!!!

I received this brewer for Christmas and I love it. The perfect size for a small family. This brewer will see lots of teas and cocoa's. I can't wait until the iced tea arrives so I can try that as well in it. I love it!

Super coffee

I was one of those who had to have milk, sugar, and creamer to drink coffee. Now since I got this coffee pot, I now like the coffee the way it is. It is also the first coffee pot that I feel I do not have to clean every hour so it looks good.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I absolutely love this thing! We had another brand prior to this...there were several things I didn't like about it... (limited cup sizes, messy pods, small water reservoir that leaked, coffee was not served hot enough)...all of which are NOT an issue with this Keurig. We received this as a Christmas gift from my parents; but my mother did let me choose the gift and I'm so glad I chose this Keurig! One additional thing I've loved about the Keurig...I can leave it on 24/7 and it's ready to serve a cup without having to warm up when I need it.
Pros: Stays ready to serve 247, Cups are NOT messy, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

Bought my first Special Edition model a year and a half ago, it lasted three months before it quit working. Called customer service, and they promptly replaced it at no cost ("just cut the power cord off and dispose of the broken unit"). The replacement arrived about two weeks later, and it worked great for about 4 months before it quit working. Called customer service again, same great response, and the replacement for the replacement worked fine for about eight months before it started leaking water from the tank. I typically have 2-4 cups of coffe per day, and thought this to be an excellent alternative to making a pot and throwing half of it away. Unfortunately for me, the Special Edition isn't reliable, and after 3 attempts, will go back to the standard coffee pot. What worries me most is that I bought the same model for my daughter. I hope her luck is better than mine.
Pros: Easy to use, Convenient, Quick
Cons: Leaky, Finicky, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Changed my life / Blew my mind

This coffee maker has changed my life. Making coffee used to be a bit of a chore and it ALWAYS began with dumping the remnants of the last batch down the sink and having to clean the filter, basket and pot. Now I have none of that. I got this for Christmas and immediately fell in love with it. It is now January and I still clap my hands joyously, like a little kid, after each cup is brewed. Just after Christmas we went to visit my sister in another province and I was forced to leave it at home (literally, forced. It was packed in the car). On the drive back home I became giddy at the mere thought of our upcoming reunion. I just ordered a second one for my desk at work.
Pros: No cleaning, No Waste, Stylish, Easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great brewer

We just replaced our Platnium unit with this model, and we like it much better already. Keurig has moved the on/off switch, brew sizes and menu all to the front of the unit, so it's easy and convenient to use. The pump is much quieter and smoother. Great brewer so far!
