I have been using this for two weeks now and love it. I not only brew coffee, but also cocoa and tea. The variety of products available for this machine is amazing. This machine is great for the whole family!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

So far, so not so good

Received Special Edition brewer for a gift. Unpacked, followed the set up directions, it would not pump water into the heating area. Called Keurig. They promptly sent me a replacement unit. Unpacked it, followed directions, brewed one cup of coffee. Got up the next morning, followed the same procedure, nothing. It said it was brewing but it was not. Unplugged several times - finally got it to work. Again that afternoon it failed to function. Called Keurig. They talked me into a third unit. If this doesn't work - I want my money back. Very disappointed.
Cons: Poor Quality, Overpriced
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE IT

This is my second Keurig, I have been wanting another for some time and recieved this one for chirstmas. The only problem we have is we still need or other coffee maker on the counter to make a thermos full. I LOVE THIS BREWER
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Hard to fill a thermos, Travel Mugs Don't Fit

Horrible! Do not purchase!

Within one week of using this machine it began producing less than 2 oz. of coffee after pressing the large cup button. I only used distilled water with this machine in the brief time that I had it. I brewed no more than 10 cups of coffee before it broke. Customer service was less than helpful. They wanted me to clean the machine and take it apart but I refused to do so. They stated that brewing hot chocolate (which I had not done) could cause the machine to clog which would require weekly cleaning. Who sells a product that needs to be taken apart once a week? After much aggrivation, the company agreed to send me another machine and replace the K-cups that I had wasted tryin to make it work. I am not certain that the replacement product will be any better!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Poor Quality, Inacurate cup sizes, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife and I use it every day since Oct of '09 and it works great! The only complaint we have is it could be a little more quiet when brewing.

Great coffee machine

Bought this for Christmas, for my wife and myself. Read a lot of comments about noise and hard to use and clean. This makes no more noise than a regular coffee pot.The only thing I have cleaned so far is the filter. Sure, it took a couple of minutes, but it's a filter with coffee in it, it will take a couple of minutes! Really a snap to use, and with all the varieties of drinks available, this should be fun. Plus, now I don't waste a cup or 2 ever day.

Best brewer ever!!!!!

My husband and I got this brewer a few days ago and are in love with it. It is very easy to use. My husband doesn't have to leave our old coffeemaker on long time till I wake up to get a cup since he wakes up first in very early morning. He just pop in k-cup and brew it. Then I wake up and pop mine in. That's very simple. Only one con is mug size. Most of our mugs are 9-10oz. After brewing, the coffee came up in half of mug even though I pressed "Large mug" button. Overall it is still worth it anyway! Of course we'd recommend it highly!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Drink Brew Love

I love a good cup of coffee, but am totally inept at measuring grounds/adding water/brewing for optimum flavor. On top of that, since I don't do dairy, getting a perfect cup outside of Starbucks is impossible since few coffeehouses offer soymilk. Keurig makes coffee brewing foolproof and the wide variety of K-cups is terrific. I'm now a daily two-cup coffee drinker and would never go back to old school coffeemakers.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Convenient, Multiple Settings
