It may be Special; for wrong reasons

With my previous brewer; I was able to use the three part filter assymbley (body, filter, cap) so I could load with any coffee I desired. The filter assembly had a grommet in the cap so it sealed when the plunger needle came in contact during the brewing cycle. With the B60 Special, the plunger does not have the right size o-ring to make a good seal and water spews from all sides with minamal coffee produced. If I cannot get help soon from Keurig, I will return it and go with the competition.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish

Just got the special edition 3 days ago. locks up and does not refill even though its full of water. Just hisses at me and then turns itself off. Takes about 5 to 7 mins for a single Kcup of coffee because of it turning off all the time. Going to take it back and replace it with something else. I might give it one more try, but I dont know yet. Might want to try something else if I were you.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Sometimes does not work, Fragile

I have to say I LOVE my KEURIG. It's been really great having it while it was working. Our Special Edition broke and customer service took care of everything. We even upgraded to the Platinum. But we have been waiting on it for over two weeks and are going to have to wait another week. At least we hope its only 1 more week of wait time. Keurig has really worked with us by providing excellent customer service and free coffee which is great. I just wish we were told that it was on back order. I will stay a Keurig customer as long as they keep proving great customer service!!!!!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile

I used to love the machine, but lately.. I'm getting really upset. The first one I bought, broke in 2 weeks. I recvieved a new one, and that one broke as well. ( They kept sending water back into the water tank) Well I was excited to get the new one, only about a week ago, when I took it out of the box, it was broken...When I plugged it in, it would make this horrible noise, and then shut off...I tried it several times, and it kept doing the same thing. When I called customer service, I was treated like I was lieing..They sent me through 5 call backs in order to try and correct the issue. Come on, all I want is a machine that works. Do you think I want to keep talking to them? My stance right now, is all I want is a working machine, the free coffee each time is GREAT.. but I need a machine to brew it in...We will see how it goes..They are sending me my 4th Brewer...
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Durable
Cons: Fragile

I've had my Keurig about 2 years and I love it, use it every morning. Sorry to hear that others have had their Keurigs break on them quite quickly. I agree with another reviewer, it sounds like there was a bad batch of them made. I have been lucky I guess. I have had only a couple of times it didn't work properly for me and I thought it had broke but all I had to do was turn it off and unplug it for a minute and when I plugged it back in it worked fine. The only other time I had trouble with it, it turned out to be a problem with the K-cups. I guess it was a bad batch of ice tea k-cups, all other k-cups I had worked fine with it. My only complaints are that it is pretty loud. I am hoping some of the more expensive/newer models are quiter. When I have guests sleeping over, I feel bad turning it on in the morning because I'm afraid it is going to wake them up. Also, I agree with another reviewing about k-cup size, who uses 6 or even 8 oz cups? The 10 oz largest size is what you need to use to fill a regular coffe mug so that is the only size I use. I wish I had a larger size option so that it would fill my travel mug. Other than that, I love my Keurig and all the k-cup options. It is definitely the best birthday/christmas present I have ever gotten.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Loud, Limited Cup Sizes

Definitely a keeper!

My husband can't start his day without at least 8 cups. So, I use the regular coffee maker in the morning to save because K-cups are pretty stiff for our budget. So, our Keurig is our afternoon or early evening luxury or when we have company. (Coffee tastes a lot lot better & save me time and money from dumping unconsumed coffee later in the day.) We have the machine since last Christmas. Bought it with a gift card and we are happy with it so far. I am a little disheartened with all the bad reviews on durability. I just ordered 4 boxes of K-cups! Hopefully, with just minimal use, we will have it for a while because it is definitely a keeper! And maybe by then the company can figure out what causing the problem and then fix it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use

Fast and easy, but limited in cup sizes

This is my first "single" cup maker and it was purchased for me. However, so far it's fairly impressive. It's rather loud while heating the water, but does so in only a few minutes. It's also loud while brewing, but again, it's speed makes up for that in that a cup is ready almost as fast as I would be able to pour one. My only real complaint is that the "three" cup sizes are nearly indistinguishable. They range from ~6 to ~8 to ~10 ounces on paper, but in reality they all end up looking pretty close. The real annoyance is the lack of a 12 ounce option for travel mugs.
