Disappointed with product quality

I bought this product less than a year ago and it has currently been stuck in "not ready" mode for over 4 weeks. [...]It's been over three weeks now- no call. I love this product and the coffee I get, but it does me no good if it won't brew!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Unreliable cup sizes, Stuck in "not ready" mode, Worked less than one year
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One Of The Best

The set up and use is easy. I had a cup of coffee 10 minutes after taking it out of the box. Although Keurig has some loud models (of which I had), this is not one of them. I do not understand the complaints about noise, they do not get any quieter than this model. I have compared other makes and models features and for what this has I think it is worth the money. The only negative I have is that (as another reviewer said) each cup size needs to put about another ounce into the cup. Other than that it's great.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I like my Keurig so much that I've purchased one for each one of my four adult children. They all use theirs daily and wonder what they did before they had their machines.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Ok, but.....

This is a great machine if you want a quick cup made. However, the amount of coffee it dispenses is very small. It only adds 2oz per setting and the largest size barely fills 3/4 of my household mugs. For my travel mug, I have to use two, separate coffee fills and select the large and medium settings. If would be nice to select the size of the mug based upon oz, instead of the preset functions. So far, convenience and selection of coffee products is nice. I am buying the My Cup accessory as I have grown accumstomed to my own brew tast.

Cons: Not enough coffee

I had the Mini Plus. Loved it and hated it. Only one cup size made me waste coffee if I used a travel mug. I found the Special Edition at a local department store and saw the 3 cup sizes and had to have it. Have had it a week and think it is the greatest.

I LOVE this machine! It doesn't get any better! Coffee is perfect and piping hot everytime! Heats up super fast and I love the blue LED light. Don't hesitate! This is the one for you!

Very disappointed in this product, my wife bought this for my b-day. Although there are multiple cup sizes the most I ever get out of this is 2ozs.
Cons: Doesn't Work

Use it every day. Its ready whenever you want a cup. Makes great coffee, still trying different ones. Price of Kcups a little high but if you want a good cup of coffee it is worth it. If you like coffee shop coffees you will like this coffee maker with the different kinds of coffee to try.

Cons: Water tank lid fit, Price of Kcups
