I LOVE THIS MACHINE

First off, let me start by saying If I could Marry a coffee machine, Iwould marry this one!I bought my machine at [...] a few weeks ago for [$]after coveting the machine for months. I'd see it in the store, walkby, look, poke and then walk away. Finally one day Kirby said, Dollyou want one, you deserve one, get it and I did.It's so easy to use, you go from turning it on to your first cup ofcoffee in less than a minute!They have so many flavors of coffee, tea and even hot chocolate. Ipurchased one of the Fill Your Own Coffee filters for it, but honestlyhave yet to try it.Today I had a little accident, and it turned out to be a littletestimate to how much I love it.We had made a special trip to [...] where I bought it afew weeks ago, I got a coupon for 20 percent off 1 item and they hadtold me if I got one to bring it back and they would honor it and giveme the cash back. Since they have special k-cup flavors that youcan't get anywhere else I thought I'd put the $29.00 refund back intocoffee. I got the donut house special collection (chocolate glaze,cinnamon glazed, coffee house decaf, French Toast, French Vanilla anda few others. Anyway getting to the funny part. We got home, I madea cup of coffee and decided to take a book to the "Lani" (screen room)to read. I remember opening the door stepping out and then seeing thebottom of the rattan stool from the ground still holding firmly to myCUP OF COFFEE!!!! While I did spill a bunch of it all over the floor,my hair, my shirt down to my bra, I never let go of the cup, whenKirby took it from me (once he stopped laughing after he realized Iwas okay) there was still 1/2 cup of french toast flavored coffee!Once I got up, dusted off my pride and changed, I drank that coffeeand it was better than I anticipated!Anyway, like I said, I LOVE my Keurig coffee maker!!!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

My daughter leaves for an hour drive every morning to work at 6:00 a.m. Having the Keurig saves her from stopping every morning for coffee...plus its delicious!! I use it every day whatever time of day I feel like a cup of coffee. So easy, so nice to be able to have variety. I JUST LOVE IT!!!

LOVE IT, when it works

I wanted one of these systems for over 3 months.. [...]. The issue was instead of using the water to brew a cup of coffee, it would send the water back into the resevoir. I got the new one.. LOVE IT, then now its doing the same thing...I love this machine.. it makes the best coffee, and the varieties are great as well.. I just want a machine that will work for me..[...]

I purchased for home in early 2008, then another for our mountain cottage a few months later. The home machine is used daily with no problems ever. The mountain machine is turned off for a few weeks to months at a time. The low humidity in the mountains is usually hard on everything, but it has worked consistently. Once my visiting elderly father said he didn't think it was working properly (could be user error) so I turned if off and back on and it worked fine. Now my best friend has purchased one for home and one for classroom, loves both. My mother in law also purchased and has had no issues. I just wish one would break so I would have an excuse to move up to the premium model but they just keep on working! Would like espresso size cup size. I like option to use filter basket instead of K-Cups to save money and packaging, but K-Cup is great when pressed for time or have company.

Use it every day for over a year. Works great, but the noise is VERY annoying. Not only does the pump make lots of noise, everything on it that is not screwed down rattles. I'm sorry, but the help desk recommendation to put it on a placemat is unacceptable. Fix the noise and I would give it 4.5 stars.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Shuts itself off, Fast, Selection of coffees

My wife and I just currently recieved our new special edition Keurig brewer. We are amazed with the simplicity of using the system. Less prep time and easy cleaning ensures more time for us in the morning. We are now boxing up the old coffee maker.
