Love my Keurig

The only thing I don't like about this coffee machine is that the water is NOT hot enough. When I first got this machine I called Keurig to see if I could set the temp higher, was told no, it comes from the factory at 140*, otherwise this is an easy way to have a great cup of coffee/tea.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I love my Keurig "Special Edition" coffeemaker, which I received as a Christmas gift from my son, used it every day. About two weeks ago all it would do is make was a small cup of coffee no matter what size I tried. I sent Keurig an email and within 3 days they got back to me and are sending me a replacement!!! Awesome customer service!!!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Great product. 2 years. The metal plate where the cup sits rattles a bit when brewing but I can tolerate. Wish I had bought the Platinum with the 12 oz cup. I use distilled water to eliminate scaling issues (and 4L jugs are about [$]). Love being able to mix and match. Excellent selection of coffees (keep working on more). The new "Travel K's" will brew better for the larger size cups. Great for Hot Choc. Even use it to supply hot water for tea drinks. Bought a mini for my office at work! Wish they could have ramped the temp to 200.

Although I've only had my brewer for a few weeks, I haven't had any problems. It was so easy to start using - I didn't even need to read the instructions! I ordered the filter so I could use regular coffee grounds because there are days I don't feel like having flavored coffee. It's so easy and convenient - I love it. It's not hard or time-consuming to rinse out the filter and make another cup. Regarding reviews about the plastic smell: I ran 3 or 4 reservoirs of water through. Once a month it should be cleaned with vinegar to keep it running correctly. It's perfect for me as I'm the only only one who drinks coffee in my home.

Every cup of coffee has that fresh pure coffee taste that I remember getting at the one 5 star hotel I once stayed at. Have read all of the horror stories about the machines malfuctions, just keeping my fingers crossed that it does not happen to me..Still working great after several months...

How Did I Live Without It.

I love this coffee maker. I just got it so I can't comment on it's durability but I have a friend who has had one for over a year and she still loves hers. It is so wonderful to have a cup of coffee in no time and not have to clean up the coffee maker. I am very very happy with everything about this coffee maker except one thing. I don't like the fact that I can't empty the internal reservoir. This can present a problem in many situations. Anyway the coffee maker makes delicious coffee and that is the consensus of all my friends who have tried it so far. Thank you for an easy to use, really great looking in my kitchen, just enough choices to make, and all the wonderful flavored coffee. One more thing, I really like the way the beautiful blue display tells me when things need to be done. How cool is that.

I Like My Replacement Keurig

After hearing rave reviews about the Special Edition from friends, I purchased one. Right out of the box it would not brew and kept shutting itself off. When I called Customer Service they indicated that I should discard this one and that they would replace it within 3 to 10 business days. New machine (Ultimate, which I do not find listed on their menu of home machines) arrived two days ago. I have since brewed several cups of great-tasting coffee with no mess or waste.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: A bit heavy to lift

LOVE IT BUT. . .

LOVE IT, HOWEVER, AFTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS OF DAILY USE, THERE IS NOW A CRACK IN THE TOP. I BELIEVE THAT IT WAS FROM THE PRESSURE OF "POKING" OF K-CUPS. I HOPE THAT THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF US. I'M SURE THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO.
