Love this coffee maker. I use it everyday and love the K-Cup varieties that are available. Makes a good cup of coffee on any cup size. I like stronger coffee and so far I am very impressed with the strength of coffees.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use

Awesome but few flaws

I love the Keurig, but only have owned it for a year and It is broken already. I do this love this product though so I am going to purchase another one. I contacted customer service and since I didnt have my receipt my year warranty really didnt matter. This machine makes the best coffee. My problems with it are doesnt seem to hold up. 5 families have this machine and 3 of them are broken and or have had to have the replaced. I think for how expensive they are they shouldnt break like they do. One thing that really frustrates me is the ounces arent accurate. I know it says travel mug but you will never get a travel mug out of the large button nor does a large travel mug fit under the spout. After 6 months of using it It was draining water out the side spout and I always had to give myself 2 presses to get a normal cup of coffee and now after one year it wont even turn on. Bottom line is I love this product even with its flaws because its so conveient and the clean up is wonderful and the coffee is amazing.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, So many option of coffee, Brews amazing coffee, Stylish
Cons: Ounces arent accurate

LOVE it so far, but you may want to know

I can't tell you how much I love my Keurig! Initially, I thought it was giving me inconsistent amounts, but here is what I found: When I first read the directions, it gives you the 3 choices of CUP SIZES, which I had misread as AMOUNT OF LIQUID. Not so. Take note. I took a measuring cup and, sure enough, it gives you (consistently) the correct amount of liquid for that particular cup size. Also, you must take into account that part of the water will be absorbed by the contents of the K-Cup, which leads to somewhat differing final amounts. I have only owned the unit for about a month, so I can't say anything for the durability other than my husband looked at all of the models on the sales floor and he deemed this one the better built model when compared to the cheaper units. This one has metal working parts and a metal handle. I hope it lasts us for several years because I absolutely love this thing!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast, Quiet
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Amounts are misleading

Great Coffee and Tea maker

A great coffee maker, the best one I have every used! The only thing that I do not like is the electrical plug in. It should be a 90 instead of straight.

No consistancy in cup selection as far as filling cup. Used My-K-Cup adaptor ... water drips all over edge of cup ... repeated and made sure rim was free from coffee ... same result ... water seems to not just drip out of nozzle... Switching back to my 12 cup Mr Coffee Maker.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this brewer for 10 months now. I absolutely love it. I recommend it to everyone that I know. I even bought one for my daughter and her husband this past christmas - her husband didn't think he would even use it and now he says he is completely addicted and they both love it too. Extremely easy to use - very efficient - fast and convenient. The keuring website has the best variety of drinks and the best prices - you can still purchase k cups at your favorite store though.

I love Keurig!

I love my Keurig! I am an occasional drinker, but when I have a cup of coffee, I want to have the best cup of coffee possible. I had my Keurig Special Edition brewer for 15 months when it suddenly stopped working. I was pretty upset about it so I called Keurig. I didn't have to wait long to speak to someone and the customer service rep helped me run a diagnostic test. When my Keurig still wasn't working, they mailed me a new one free of charge! It is nice to deal with a responsible company that is happy to help their customers out. I work in retail and I can promise you, most manufacturers leave their customers out in the cold.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Responsible Company, Great Customer Service
