Great Product

I own 2 coffemakers my self and have bought one for sisterinlaw for 50th BD and one for niece in college. Living in Fla. We get a lot of company and two guests went home and purchased them after using ours. I had a problem with mine and the company replaced it immediately. Keurig is a great company to work with plus makes a great product
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Not durable!

I was so happy to find this coffee maker - I was finally able to have great tasting coffee at home! But after a year the machine started to break down. At first the brew speed slowed down (took 10 minutes to brew one cup), then it started brewing half and quarter cups...I had to brew 3 times to get a full cup. Many of my friends encountered the same problems with their machines not lasting more than 2 years max. Longer warranty is definitely required!
Pros: MAKES GREAT COFFEE
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick and Easy!

This was the best father's day gift I have ever received! I have mine at work and love that there is no clean-up to do. The coffee is good if you pick the right K-cup. For my taste, almost all K-cups taste weak if I use the large cup setting, but I can't argue with how easy it is to use.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I went out on a limb and decided to use Christmas money to buy this brewer. My mom had a smaller version and my work has an industrial brewer so I knew the simplicity and uses of the Keurig machines. What I didn't expect was my 10 year old daughter LOVING it. She offers to make my tea/coffee and is always making tea for herself. She said it's her favorite Christmas gift of MINE! :-) I really like that I can set it to turn off so it's not wasting so much energy.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Programmable, Durable
Cons: Noisy

Great While it Lasted

I loved the speed, convenience, and flavor varieties of Keurig coffee. Unfortunately, my coffee Keurig coffee brewer stopped working after only 18 months. It simply will not power on. Very disappointed :(

Disposable - lasted just past warranty

I got my Keurig special edition from my sister for Christmas. Only used it occasionally until a few months ago. Then about a month after the warranty was over it just stopped working. Won't come on or anything. For the price of the machine and the K-cups I would expect it to last longer. I believe the problem is electronic as the LED started acting crazy the night before it quit working.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I own 3 keurigs and this by far is the best one yet. i did have to have one replaced but I have been using this one religiously for over a year and it is awesome. Even though I just upgraded to the platinum brewer I am still a huge fan of this one. My husband and I drink a lot of coffee so the samller resevoir can be frustrating. [...]

The perfect addition to my kitchen!

I purchased this coffee maker after my company bought one for the break room. Being able to try it at work only let me know that I needed one at home. This brewer makes the perfect cup of coffee every time, and the variety of K-cups is seemingly endless. The coffee came out at the perfect temperature, and tasted amazing. Also, anyone who thinks the K-cups are expensive, has not walked into a Starbucks recently! The K-cup boxes of 24 come to under a dollar a cup. You can't beat that.
