Resevoir gets all the water.

The water is always going back into the resevoir. The large cup some how becomes the small. The machine has problems getting the water from the resevoir to heat up. We are on our third machine. We've had it for two days. It doesn't work correctly and again they want to send us a new machine.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig Coffee Help Group

They should have a Keurig Anonymous Help group to help people like me who are now addicted to their Coffee maker. We initially didn't care for our Keurig unit but after we played with it a little, we love it. Thank You Keurig for an awsome product. I just wish I knew for sure how to pronounce your name correctly. LOL!

My friend showed me his Keurig coffee maker and I at first was a little weary about a 1 cup coffee maker. I was way wrong. I loved it so much I had to get one for my self. This has to be the coolest and easiest coffee maker on the planet. I can't believe how much more I enjoy my coffee now. This is Awesome!!!

I love this unit. You have a cup of hot coffee in minutes with no clean up. I love all the coffee choices. No more having to clean the coffee pot after a cup of coffee. Great product!!!!

We have been looking at different pod coffee machines for a while now. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but my wife is, and SHE wasn't sold on one. I thought it would be good because I don't drink a lot of coffee, but when I did I wanted a good cup. The selling point for my wife... no more wasted coffee. No more making a pot for her and I and pouring half out. We decided on the Keurig Special Edition for the great reviews and right price. I am glad we did. This machine is very quiet!! We have an electric tea kettle that makes a lot more noise than this machine. It's really nice to be able to choose the different kinds of coffee from cup to cup. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a pod coffee machine. Now off to buy some more flavors!!

Cons: Bigger fill size needed

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Just right for the two of us

Fits nicely on the counter and under the cabinets. The programmable 'auto off' feature is very handy and gives forgetful people like myself peace of mind.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: None after 3 weeks
