My early morning best friend!

I love the convenience of my brewer. As the only coffee drinker in the family, I can have one cup or more and there is absolutely no waste. The only thing I don't really like is that it is noisy and, unless I hold the cup on the tray, it will vibrate off while the pump is working. Other than that, it's great!
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

This particular product has worked great for us. We purchased it on line just before Christmas. Since that time I have purchased 5 more Keurig cofee makers for our grown children. However, I purchased the smaller size machines for them. I hope they don't experience problems like I have been reading about with the other machines. I raved about mine so much. I believed that all of the Keurig coffee machine were great. I had no idea that some have flaws. My biggest problem is getting the K-cups that I like the best.. they are always out of stock of what I like best...Hot White Choclate.

Greatest thing since Starbucks

My wife and I like different coffee strengths. We use to use a Mr Coffee and ended up pouring out coffee each time we brewed. Now she gets the coffee she likes, I get the coffee I like and there is no waste. We have had our brewer for a year with no problems. Have given a couple as gifts. Our best friend loves the one they received for Christmas. I drink coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so ours gets a workout. Thanks, Keurig for a great product.

A good Company will back its product?

Love the convience and simplicity of this machine! The coffee is great. Had my B77 model for a little less than 4 months, past week or two it has been cutting off right after it brews a cup, sometime right after the water is pumped into the brewing well. It has other minor issues but this is the most bothersome. [...]

This model is great. It brews the perfect cup every time. Nothing like a fresh cup everytime. It is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Works great, clean up a breeze and looks good to. Great for parties grab a k-cup variety box and let them decide. Does not get any easier than that.

Another Pump Failure

We had 2 new units fail within 1 month due to pump failures. It returns the hot water back to the reservoir instead of through the coffee pod.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Coffee Maker

I've owned my Keurig for about a year and it has worked flawlessly during that time. It is noisy buy living alone I can handle that! Great coffee maker. I was thinking of upgrading but due to the adverse reviews of the Platinum model, I've decided to wait.
