Unhappy with product

I was very excited to receive this item as a Christmas gift. However, after less than 20 uses, rather than relaxing fresh brewed coffee in under a minute, I am frustrated for nearly 5, trying to get a cup of coffee from the Keurig Special Edition. This has been a terrible product for me. My son received one as a gift also, and his is working very well. Perhaps the basic model is a much better version of the Keurig than the more expensive versions.
Cons: Unreliable, Malfunctions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Saves me money!!!

I use this Special Edition brewer everyday morning noon and night. I used to have to brew a whole pot of coffee, then toss the majority of it out. Now I have a selection of coffees, teas, hot cider and hot cocoa. Whatever I want, when I want, with NO waste. K cups are available almost everywhere, with a huge selection of whatever you like, be it coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple cider, iced tea etc. The only complaint I have with my brewer is that it's noisy. I understand they have corrected that, but unfortunately I cannot get a retro-fit to fix my noise problem. Otherwise, I highly recommend these brewers. I have a very expensive Bunn sitting on the side collecting dust as this brewer took it's place. With the noise problem supposedly corrected on these new models, you can't go wrong.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Noisy

We use with pods and also with our own coffee (need accessory piece) I like the convience of hot water whenever I need it. I enjoy hot tea and use my tea bag in the cup and just press for hot water. The only annoyance is the noise. Our machine was much quieter when we first purchased it, but as it gets older, it is getting louder..to the point Id like to get a new one!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

Love my Keurig

This is our second Keurig, the first one quit just after the warranty was done. We loved it so much we bought another one but bought it at [...] so we could buy the extended warranty. Overall love it!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, No Mess, Easy to use, No wasted coffee
Cons: Not durable

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

i wish the biggest cup size option was a little bigger, doesn't quiet fill me travel mug.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Quick, Easy to use
Cons: With the largest cup size, Is not large enough, Limited Cup Sizes

Love to taste the different brands. I like my coffee hot. The coffee I make with this product is always luke warm especially when you add milk or cream.

I've owned 3 of these and they all had to be replaced in under a year. I love the convenience of the K-cups and love the single cup brewing system. It was great when they added ice tea as well. But over time, the brewer starts becoming tempermental and brewing whatever size it decides and then stops brewing completely. My new Platinum replacement brewer is on its way thanks to Keurig customer support. I'm hoping to have better luck.

Cons: Fragile

I received this coffee maker as a gift, and I've used it everyday since. I keep it in my office and use it about 2x a day. Everyone who tries it loves it and wants one of their own. I've tried the coffee, tea, tea latte, and cocoa and it has all been perfect everytime. The K-cups are easy to find and if you register the brewer with Keurig then you get 2 free boxes and 10% off all future purchases. And they are cheap at [...] and [...] has them on sale all the time. Get this brewer!
